A power 40 works if you add a weight 300 ballast and a buoyancy 330 balloon

War 3D hmm i never thought of that. Also theres a bug where you can just add cannon on top of starting block with power of 50 without breaking, sometimes not working tho

Dewasenna down side to ballast balloon technic is that it is difficult to mount on anything that is fast moving because the weight is so big

i made x50 cannon with piston instead of suspension to reduce the recoil

Hellow, this is a very old machine i built in version 0.45 so maybe it is not compatible with the current version of besiege or perhaps you haven't installed the required mods (link in description) you only need to install the "no bounds" if you want to bypass the default fire power for cannon. I hope you understand sorry for broken english 😆

I remember having a problem like this while scaling some blocks, use "Easyscale" mod, I used it to scale wheels, cannons, spinning blocks and it works well

Dewasenna take one and turn it 20 degrees that it's almost flat and then just duplicate it like 7 times on each side. I also used two pistols for the remaining recoil. Also I weighed the ballast to 2 so it keeps everything together. When testing it it breaker if I pinned the pistons so I connected with braces because they have flex

Dewasenna have u tried using braces as twist bars? It's simple. Just make a frame, ad a swivel joint and braced that yo the opposite side. Then build a arm and add a wheel and it's ready.

I made one long time ago but it didn't work as intended xD

Im glad it helps, but this machine is old, there's a better way to make stronk cannons

Latest version of besiege has all this built in with advanced building tools, then you can get both EasyScale and NoLimits mods from the workshop to do block scaling and high powered cannons
