Sorry, I disagree with the first statement. The medical profession has demonized the wrong white substance for decades. It should be sugar to be avoided not salt. The regulations are as antiquated as blood letting for reducing fever. However, the combination of high amounts of salt, along with the Standard American Diet that’s pushed on patients is what’s problematic to human health and disease. Salt is an essential electrolyte. In my opinion the best way to keep blood pressure low is to focus on keeping insulin low and making sure you’re getting enough electrolytes, including magnesium. ijust eat rabbit food ,and no salt ,blood pressure went up like a rocket, drank baking soda and it droped fast ,i drink salt water and blood pressure goes normal ,
