Such a shame that you guys missed out on the cart lady on Centre Street and Canal Street. The rice noodles and the sauces go so well together along with the curry fishballs. The quick turnover of rice noodles help keep them fresh rather than letting them sit and get soggy and gooey. She hasn't been out since the pandemic. 😢

Been loving this series! And that intro had me dying haha 😂 and the owner at Bo Ky was so happy I love it - that two noodle combo reminds me of the Viet Hu Tieu Kho with egg and rice noodles

It was great meeting you guys outside of Yin Ji Cheung Fun a couple weeks back when you were shooting this. Amazing timing; decided to grab lunch from there at the last minute, called in my order, and Andrew was right behind me when I went to pick it up. Thanks for the selfies, and I hope you continue to make videos showcasing Chinatown foods, there’s so many amazing spots in the area that definitely need the business right now.

I lived in Chinatown and its vicinity for almost two decades. I know all the vendors firsthand. I absolutely love Tasty Hand Pulled Noodle in Chinatown. One of my favorite places ever!! Thanks, Fung Bros, for reigniting my former neighborhood!

I think Flushing, Queens has better Chinese food, more authentic and less expensive than Manhattan. Mikey Chen thinks so too. Chinatown in Sunset Park Bklyn also has great authentic food.

Really glad to see you guys giving exposure to the real Chinatown and showing it still exists. Back in the 90s me and my family were some of the only Americans going down there to eat things like fish balls, tea eggs, and congee. I'm glad to see people appreciate the food now but I worry that some of these older more authentic spots will go away. Thank you for everything you're doing and I'm definitely checking out most of the spots in parts 1-4 lol

Definitely saved for my next NYC Chinatown adventure!! The Teochew dry noodles??? The best thing I've ever tasted NO CAP! It's a shame Teochew dry noodles aren't as popular as cheung fan, it's one of my top 5 Asian delights of all time!

FWIW, Yingji is proud and famous for its thin rice roll and abundant fillings. They do this on purpose and it takes so much expertise and I love it for this.

I am *so glad(!)* that you guys started with my favorite Cheong Fun cart, next to Hong Kong Supermarket. I am going there for YEARS and when the ladies see me, they already prepare it the way how I like it the most! *AWESOME!!!* EDIT: Just continued listen to you. They open up at 7am and close when all is finished up... usually between 1:30 and 2:30pm. When there are heavy rainstorms, they often don't open up at all. So, come early! Oh... adding egg is 50 cents more = $3.50 for the large.

Thanks for showing the cart on Rutgers - I call that “Chu Cheung fun” style - in HK I remember my grandma getting that as a stir fry w soy sauce and chives. I actually really like Yin Ji - I think bc the Cheung fun is more delicate. At the end of the day all about preference and all good! PS great videos
