Moist chocolate cupcake
One whole egg
1/2 Granulated sugar (100 gm)
1/4 Cup fresh milk (60 ML )
1/4 Cup oil( Regular cooking oil without any fragrance ) -(60 ml)
1/2 tbsp white vinegar or lime juice
1/2 All Purpose flour (67.5gm )
2tbsp + 2 tsp cocoa powder (17.5 gm)
1/2 tsp baking soda (2.5 gm)
Pinch of salt
Yield : 6 cupcakes
