I discovered your channel two weeks ago. I'd been a victim of friends (with no bad intentions, I still love them) that were telling me how to do stuff in order to avoid back pain with no good results, even worse results sometimes. Now that I've subscribed to your newsletter and listen to/read about your advice, applying it to my exercises, I feel less tension in my back. Hello! I’m post spinal fusion of the l4/l5 & small herniation in the L5si. Would it be ok to walk with one of the weighted vests that I see trending for women going through menopause or would this make my back pain worse?

Still working through the thoracic fusion and get the core strength. No meds only when it gets pretty bad. I know my type of back injury, pain, surgery aftermath is a little challenging
