@@eshahkhaliq2041firstly I wake up at 5.30 in the morning and runing for 15 minutes only then I reach home i practiced simple exercises just only for 10 minutes then I reach school in school i eat only one apple in lunch and we also take grams pohha idli for waight lose at 3.30 pm i prefer to take daliya khichri and pohha fried idli and then at 6 pm i do jogging for just 10 minutes then I came end in the dinner i prefer to take only 1 chapati with green vegetable except patto and rice and remove fast food in your diet and if any day you don't choice of dietchart fodd then prefer 1 glass of milk and you also take coffe and take food after the gap of 6 hours don't take food between the 6 hours and drink 12 glass water in a day

Good evening Mam, I am 60 yrs old man. My weight is 71kg. I suffer from diabetes, heart blockage, lumbar disc bulge, frozen shoulder.. Doctor advised to reduce weight by 8 to 10 kg.
