DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES - Makes 20 medium cookies
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
▪️ Bake in the oven at 375 degrees F for 9-12 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is still slightly softened. If you prefer a softer, more fudgy, ooey gooey in the center cookie, bake for the lower recommended time, and if you prefer a more chewy cookie throughout bake for the highest recommended time.
▪️ Let cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
INGREDIENTS:
▪️ 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened to 68-70 degrees
▪️ 3/4 tsp fine sea salt
▪️ 2 eggs, at room temperature
▪️ 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
▪️ 1/4 tsp instant espresso powder
▪️ 1/2 cup light brown sugar
▪️ 2/3 cup granulated sugar
▪️ 2 2/3 cup self-rising flour
▪️ 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted and cooled for 5 minutes
▪️ 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
