In this video I share:
A new exercise I've been working on for the past year...
I got this from Christopher Sommer...the Olympic Gymnastics coach featured on Tim Ferris' podcast and book, Tools of Titans.
The exercise is MOBILITY exercise.
This means it is for better movement...
Not strength.
It's super simple to do.
I've been doing 3 reps each way every morning.
It's helped me get back to full range dips again and full squats without pain the next day.
No more aching hips...or groin pain.

I'm a 41 Misericordian. this is amazing. I've been doing this for about 3 days now. I had major stiffness in my hips, hams and lower back. major improvements in these 3 days. i'm back to dips, bench press and leg press. thank you.

Great to see even 40yr olds feel like me at 65 !! Good for you for sharing exercises from others - I am passing on the info on your vids to my chiropracter who is very interested. We can all benefit with good shared information done carefully. As long as those following along take care to work within their body limits. Thanks so much.

This is great. But I do have very limited range of motion in shoulders and hips. I am almost 70 and it is hard for me to do this. Any modified exercise that does same thing? Thanks.

My shoulders are so tight that I cannot even get my arms behind me like that let alone fingers facing the opposite direction..... is there a more modified stretch for the shoulders so I can work up to this?
