WALKING!! I suffered for years with a herniated disc, babying it, spending too much time lying down or sitting. Then i heard somewhere about the healing power of simply WALKING. Gotta get that blood pumping, get moving. So i started forcing myself to just walk more, even though i was limping. It didnt take long for my disc issue to heal, and it hasnt flared up since. I had tried everything else, even expensive chiropractor sessions, which did NOTHING. Its FREE to walk, and it will help!
All I can add is that ppl that did these exercises they either got immediately cured or eventually cured probably didn’t have a bad case. These exercises which I will try again surely helped w/some of it but my neck is also involved. Spasming muscles, scalenes, scm, upper traps and levator scap. It’s such a vicious cycle
You say shaving for us women, but got news for you! We also all have to wash our feet, and it’s hard to do without same bending as shaving. In fact it’s worse because we have to reach all around our feet, further than bottom of calf to shave! I’ve really noticed this since my ancient 20yo SI problem reactivated badly a few months go, hasn’t really let up yet.
I think I tore my rotator cuff muscle that's in the front; I thought it was a chest muscle. I got it from a looping stretching exercise using my arms. I let it heal on its own, and I think it's 90% healed, maybe more. Is letting that muscle heal on its own okay?
I have severe Syphosis of the pubis, finding out that is what it was after having it for 30 years. Affects my ability to do most jobs. No doctor or PT seems to have an answer. Was told they believe it happened when I was about to give birth and couldn't, had to have C -sections. My womb was not opening, like it was welded. But they indicated I had the reactin problem. They say now there is to much arthritis to do surgery. I have resorted to getting SI injections in the past but no longer receive those. I am at my wits end. My whole life has been affected because if this and I am so frustrated NO doctor told me about this until it was to late and had to go through so many doctors and exrays. I live in Canada. Do you have any suggestions for me? Remember though, I have arthritis there now. Please help if you can? I am desperate. I am 58. Just want my life back finally. Thank you
I'm so sorry I hope you can find Help. I had to have C- sections Also, I have 4 children. One of the especially said that my pelvic doesn't open properly only on 1 side. But I don't know why or how he determined that. About 10 years ago I became permanently Disabled can barely walk, sit or stand😢 the pain never goes away. I'm going for injections on Monday. And then I plan on getting the s. I joint belt to help support. And maybe some type of physical therapy. I have heard though there is some type of surgery regarding this. But I haven't totally looked into it. I wish you all the best and hope that you can find comfort and healing
@@1truthse3ker thank you. I hope you find relief as well. If you can find a specialist that will consider you for surgery ( if that is what is needed) then you should find someone sooner than later. My dumb doctor let me go for tears and now they can't do surgery because it has become a more rare seriousness. To much arthritis to operate now.
Do you think the Throwers 10 is a good routine for a sprained AC Joint? Been resting 5 weeks with 4 cupping treatments without tennis but still a little sore.
Looking over vids I watched in the past. Now 5 years of SI joint nightmare and I’ve tried everything. I literally mean everything! 2024 Clamshell exercises with a ban on my ankle made a breakthrough for me though. Doing so other stabilizing exercises also. FYI…. Never Stop moving. You’ll only become stiff and weak. Believe it or not other problems will develop also from not moving especially as you agree with this problem. I hope that this helps someone. ❤
I work in the foodservice industry now for idk almost 2 decades. I'm in so much pain since yesterday I picked up some heavy stuff at work and now my goin is in so much pain. It hurts to walk. God help me if I sneeze or cough ugghhh
Don’t know how long you’ve done PT or had your problem. Usually I’ve had terrific success with my PT, this problem and others. However, even my last PT the months has stated maybe it’s not quite what we think that it was in the past. So you might be having more than just the SI or it’s really something else.
On Jan 1 I started taking serrapeltase.capsules for debilitating pain in my lower and back hips that makes standing and walking very difficult. Diagnosed stenosis, non operable. It is helping relieve the pain, a tremendous improvement. I am so happy I am ready to exercise again. Please try this enzyme made from silkworms, serrapeptase. I'm so grateful for the relief. Best wishes to you all. ❤
I just listened to another PT who said these were the worst exercises to do and if the PT didn’t do good research, they will tell you to do these exercises. Go figure.
