Thank you! Have you tried the Cerave Healing Ointment? I cannot tell how thick that one is. I have been using Cetraben. It's so lovelyyyy and lightweight!! But I justttt started getting milia 😢 I don't know if it's the Cetraben or just because I'm not really on a good exfoliating routine lately. If anyone else has a good suggestion, those are always welcome! Until then, I guess I'm buying some Aquaphor! 😂

Maam I wanted to ask you something. I have this very annoying habit of licking my lips all day all time. It has reduced from past 2 years maybe but earlier it was just constant. And so i have blackness at the corner of my lips. Any tips to get rid of this habit? I'm in desperate need😭

I need heeelp! I have eczema around my eyes and it makes me look 100! I’m 39 and the rest of my skin is ok. I’m in the U.K. so can’t just “see my dermatologist” I’d need to be referred, which wouldn’t happen and wait many months. What can I do/ use/ avoid 😭
I'm not a doctor, but have had eczema all my life. Oddly enough, I've not had a flare up in 5 years (not even during change of seasons, which was always the absolute worst). So put it over or under retinol? It sounds like it would be a waste, putting it under a retinal because the retinal would then not penetrate properly… unless you were using the sandwich method?
