I'm one of those peeps - that believe in facial exercises to keep our face young... I'm 60 this year --- have very minimal wrinkles - and no turkey neck --- thanks to 'kiss the sky' yoga technique which I've done for nearly 10 years... plus affirmations about my forever youthful appearance... BUT, that's just moi --- I will never do botox - nor expensive treatments of any kind - and I feel like I appear 40ish --- I am a fairly down to earth - all natural gal - and have stayed away from excess sugar - carbs - beef - sodas - fast food stuff though - just for overall personal and health reasons... I do believe sugar and high carb - fast foods age the body much faster... again - just my two cents --- I keep my diet simple and satisfying but nothing too cray cray in any direction... Lots of eggs, which I've come to understand helps one to have good skin and hair... I have at least two a day--- and not for any reason except I love them...

Congrats on coming close to a million subscribers. You deserve it. Good, clear, reasonable content with just a touch of humor. Now. A request please. I am 70 this year and have spent a lifetime taking good care of my skin. But nothing I can do will address the loss of volume. I don’t even mind the joweling as much as looking a little gaunt. I actually keep my weight up a bit to keep it from looking worse (5’3”/ 137 lbs). I know a facelift is appropriate but am sure there are others like me who are chicken. This is an extremely timely video for me as I need HELP from the little nerds community 😓 I started using my retinol at the beginning of the year which resulted in terrible dryness under my eyes which seems to be a dehydration (flabby skin that folds into many stable tiny fine lines under my eyes and on my cheekbones). I've stopped using retinol (and all other products) completely a week ago and have started using a sandwich of: 1) a serum with hyaluronic acid 2) a huge amount of moisturiser with glycerin and/or ceramides 3) a small amount of vaseline on the top 4) SPF 50 sunscreen when I go out. So far I haven't seen any visible results. Especially after showering, my under eye skin still looks dull, dry and covered in many tiny lines. I'm freaking out because my "old beautiful skin" of a 30-year-old boy never seems to come back. Has anyone else have experienced this problem? What was your solution? And how long can the recovery process take?

I am so glad to have great genetics with regards to wrinkles. I have barely any at 60. Having been sick recently though my skin looked awful. Hence me finding this channel. Going simple low and slow starting with retinol has made a significant difference. Just about to start vitamin c low and slow.
