Today we are fermenting eggs, a delicious way to preserve your extra eggs.
It’s a wonderful snack for the kiddos or an addition to a sandwich.
Fermented jalapeño eggs
6-12 hard boiled eggs
2 chopped picked jalapeños
1/2 small onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic minced
1-3 Tbs sea salt
Layer everything together in large mouth quart jar.
Add salt water.
Set on counter for 3-5 days
Put in cold storage
Enjoy!
