Forget isolation exercises and big arms, focus on the compound exercises. Dips, pushups, bench presses, pulldowns, pullups, rows, squats, lunges and sprinting! Get that thicker jawline and improve your size! Be a man!!

I remember shaving my head back in '07 and basically my hair had receded and thinned a bit but I wasn't bald. I wanted to find out how I would look and feel. Surprisingly I felt good in several ways and remember a woman who lived by me saying 'You look great bald and have a nice head shape etc' which was nice and unexpected. But its still quite a challenge to get used to and I have continued to shave off and on for years and mostly just buzz it. Ultimately you have to realize that you are just you and aside from being bald just be who you are and try to have confidence and be yourself. As time goes by no matter what you will assume whatever look you have going and it becomes you....regardless of having the perfect head shape or features and no one in the world is perfect or even close

Ok, for all balding guys or guys who just want to shave their heads: Don't think too much about head/face shapes. If you want to to do it, just do it. Some people will like it, some won't and most won't care at all.

Man, this is one of your best videos ever! And I can say that because I have seen virtually all of them! And you have done a good job of explaining to the doubters that EVERYMAN will look good with a shaved head!! I have been, as they say BBC (the term those in the know use as shorthand for Bald By Choice) for almost eleven years. I decided to shave it when I had mostly full head of somewhat graying hair and a pretty completely gray beard. I buzzed it to number two and kept that look for about three weeks to be sure I was willing to go all the way to razor smooth BALD. As soon as I buzzed it, I thought HELL YEAH! But I decided to ease my friends into it. And I was still worried if the bald look would look as good as the buzz cut. Well, after the three weeks, having had nothing but favorable comments and having loved the look and feel of it (something this long-bearded, theretofore always long-haired, 60 year old hippy wasn't really expecting!!), I buzzed to zero and then lathered everything above my eyebrows and behind my ears and bladed all of that shit off with a brand new Mach 3 Gillette! And I laughed for hours! A few months later I decided to grow it back to see how I liked it. That lasted no more than two weeks. I haven't gone more than a week since that trial. OF COURSE I KEPT MY BEARD! Everyone knows that Allah, Jesus and of course GOD all have beards. Whatever you do, give it at least a month or so before you give up. It was a bit of a shock at first. But if you give it a bit of time, I bet you will like it. And no one but an asshole is going to be a critic or an asshole. And why in the hell would you care what they think, anyway? It is YOUR HEAD AND YOUR LIFE. F*CK'EM if they don't like it!

Honestly I have had thin hair since I was a kid, and I started growing facial hair when I was very young as well. I started playing around with shaving my head from 19 to 23, usually shaving off the sides completely and letting some fuzz grow on top. Eventually I decided it was time to get serious about getting going bald and I shaved the rest of my head clean too. Then I bought a skull shaver, as featured on this channel, and I've been using that for a couple months(Wow I'm almost 24!). Personally I am very fond of the clean scalp look. When I look back on my life and the times I got with women, it was always right after I shaved my head. Letting go of the balding look has done nothing but improved my confidence, and I honestly think I look better than ever now. I have a date lined up for Saturday night...first one since I've made the switch :) Wish me luck!

I very rarely see bald men with smaller square skulls, it's typically men with the curved large type of skulls that go bald, not sure if it's really related or significant with hairloss it self, but i have wondered about this a lot, my relatives are an excellent example of this, literally all the men who have bigger round heads are bald while those with square heads like me and a smaller head keep our hair.

A shaved head is a sign of confidence, in my opinion. And we women love confident men! So if you’re balding & it’s becoming a little too obvious nowadays, just shave what’s left off. I promise you there are women out there who prefer that look & see shaving your head as a power move in some sick psychological way lmao!

That was a great video. As you point out, most men do not have a super masculine facial shape or a weak face but fall in between. But a shaved head can make beautiful eyes more a nice smile more prominent. In fact, many men do not know how handsome they really are until they shave off their hair and then appears a very handsome featured face.

i have small neck (38cm) and semi long neck and horseshoe bald. added 2 cm to my neck last month from some neck training, working on it hard now after realising how important neck is for looks when bald.

Unfortunately, we don't all have good head shapes... I'm bald and have been for years... I still don't like the way I look bald but after years of suffering I can say I definitely care a lot less about all that nonsense. I'm a man and I act accordingly... I am going bald and have a heart face shape (broad and curved forehead, wide and heavy cheeks, and narrow and pointed chin) which is the worst possible face shape for bald, buzz cut and other short hair styles. Fortunately, there are hats with which I can cover my forehead and soften my cheeks when I can't do the same with my hair. But without a hat I look like I have an exaggeratedly big forehead and puffy looking cheeks like I've had an allergic reaction and people ask me if everything is fine. For this reason, I also like to keep my hat on inside if it's possible.

I am 225 pounds body fat 18%, but I like this weight as it rounds out my face nicely and I am growing mass monthly ( Give me 3 more years to hit 10% body fat ). Growing a beard could add to the effect as well, but girls love my smile and a beard will take my smile away.

I never really thought about the head shape before shaving mine but fortunately it seems I have a diamond shaped head and so far I've received some feedback regarding of the shape of my head being adecuate for the bald look. I don't think it is the end of the world if you don't have the best shape tho, maybe just ignore it and live with it?

What's wrong with plastic surgery though? I had a somewhat weak chin and a slightly bigger nose, I didn't like it and without hair it just looked worse. So I had a sliding genioplasty and a rhinoplasty and now it looks great with a bald head. Just don't touch fillers and stuff like that, that always looks weird. If you've got the time and money and you think it's worth the trouble it can really help, as long as you do proper research and be aware of the risks. But that's just the face, if you have a weird headshape you just have to live with that ofcourse, nothing you can do about that.

I didn't start shaving my head until my early 50's. As you can see by my pic, I was blessed with a nice shaped head to pull it off. I was bald in my late teens so I was used to my follically challenged appearance. Anyway, I shaved my head because all a barber can do is shorten my hair. Moreover, I save money by shaving my head. I think buzz cutting to see the shape of one's hair is a good one.

perfect video for me man, i recently grew out my hair bought hair products, but sadly i look better with shaven or bald head, i like my head shape, and even when i looked back on old pictures of men ive always looked best with less hair. So after growing out my hair 6 month two days ago i shaved the whole thing off myself. from now on i will still use the hair products but i will not grow out my hair.

I'm a good looking guy but the worst candidate for a bald head. I have fine facial features, a clear but weak jawline and a narrow skull, not to mention a long forehead. Shaving it off just isn't an option for some guys, even if they're good looking. I hate it when I hear people say "Don't worry, you're a good looking guy so you'll still look nice!". If you don't have a masculine face with broad, prominent features, you're going to look shit bald. Simple as that. Also, the neck plays a part in this. Having a thick neck helps a lot. Of course I also have a skinny girl neck!

I wonder if men balding look for mates with very thick hair to try and offset their genes. Not purposefully of course, but it’s somehow a natural instinct to try and ensure future offspring have better hair odds so that’s just what they’re attracted to, thicker haired women. Quite honestly if I gave up on havng an erection one evening i just gaze at this website, as does my oldest off spring who is balder and as bearded as his 60 year old dad. We have had it with women, were most deffo not shaving our beards anymore and truly ecstatic are we as have waxed thinning hairs on our heads and our forested underarms as we yearn driving round our area and at night we work out nude in the park and sweaty and bushy beards are like very fully developed chest hair, good for drying your hands on.

It's over. I have extremely pale skin, weak chin, round face and jaw, weird forehead and a head defect (higher and wider at the crown) and I can't grow a beard. yes totally agree. Has happened to me and in the end men think women do care when it's not that trait what they look after. They are not men . Visually they look other features. We men look for traits as little bitches, for sex . Women they do as well but hair isn't so important as we think it is and then we feel insecure and whine.
