@@TChockey Points don't tell the whole story. His defense is still pretty bad, got muscled off the puck easily, and turned the puck over a lot. 1 more year in college is the right decision

absolutely my guy, he has a lot to work on but I think he could still do the jump in the NHL next szn and if things dont work out go in the AHL a bit

Offensively he is 100% NHL-ready. His defense and decision-making still need some work but I think that since San Jose is still gonna tank next year, he could benefit from having no pressure in the NHL and still work on his weaknesses. But the College rout, like you said, is still pretty valid too.
