Thank you Margaret. So nice to have someone I can totally trust to give me thorough and helpful instructions. Can’t wait to try this. I’m on an airplane right now enjoying free WiFi on Delta.
I noticed you were listening on an airplane; why I noticed that is because taking a 4-5 hour flight this spring two ways to an event and back (and then another 4-5 hour X2 drive recently), seems to have given me some trouble in my hip, possibly the hip flexor. Too much sitting has proven to not work well for my hips! Hopefully both you and I can benefit from this stretch.
Hello Margret Richard E. From S. B. ,Ca. Enjoy all your videos. Have Osteoporosis. Low back and neck issues but stay active to combat all issues Thanks for all the helpful videos... you re doing great work!
Not sure if what hurts is the hip Or my lower back?? I feel it most when I am trying to go for a walk!! I Need to take a walking stick to help me stand up right.???
I have found the nordic / urban poles and nordic walking style to be very helpful ~ takes some pressure off hips and knees. See Barb Gorman from Toronto online if interested. It's a unique style of walking with them that is a great upper body workout at the same time. Is also 'four wheel drive' in a sense, which is more stable against slipping.
