I own Milwaukee and hilti. I got 5 years out of my Milwaukee and 9 and still going with my hilti. They are both great hilti lasts longer but does not have as many home owner tools
If your going to compare the brand new Gen 4, why do it against an older model Hilti SID-4. Should Have been with the SID-6. But Hilti will never be faster than Milwaukee in impacts, but they will sure last longer! I love both manufacturers, but I enjoy Hilti products far more and the durability 👍
I used the Hilti sid4 because it was available in the shop. From what I have seen the Hilti tools are very reliable. The Milwaukee tools have never let me down.
Lasting longer is a moot point, look how battery technology and tools have advanced. We need to advance as technology advances or we would still be driving big screws with a yankee. My first generation Elu battery drills still work, are they as good as the modern drills, not even in the same ballpark so they just languish in the workshop gathering dust.
I use Hilti and Milwaukee combi's and impacts. SID-4 Hilti and Gen3 impact. Only this week I gave my Gen3 away as it isn't a patch on the Hilti. It drives quicker but it's far too manic and not user friendly like the Hilti. The Hilti SF6H A22 combi is far better than my Gen3 combi. All my Milwaukee tools have trigger issues and on head to head tests the Hilti wins hands down on everything. Recently my Milwaukee 6 1/2" fuel Circular saw started having trigger issues and my fuel jigsaw has too. I have found Milwaukee to be way overhyped. Dave.
very nice video, like to see milwaukee 2915 sds hammer drill (11/8 ) vs makita 40v sds hammer drill (11/8) to compare power and size ? but who has the better build of these two unit. thanks!!!!!
Hi! I'm planning to buy this exact model. Just wanted to ask if you guys have any recommendations for bits set? What size hex bits do I use? 1/4? Thanks in advance!
Your welcome. I figured instead of just listing specs id compare it to some competition. Are there any comparisons you'd like to see Milwaukee products go up against?
I don't have access to any of those, but if I do I will make sure to test them. Seems like everyone in my shop is Milwaukee users. What brand is your preference?
Hilti is overrated, that tools are expensive, you can only buy if you has trade-license I’m in Germany and we have much good companies here as well Bosch, Metabo, but I’m just choosing only for Milwaukee
