Fantastic list, Dan! I own a few of these. Another that I love, which is amazing value, is Dunhill Icon. None of the Icon flankers, although they aren’t bad at all. The original Icon is fantastic and one of my favorites, especially for the money!

Boucheron EDP was my go-to signature scent throughout the 90s and I still wear it today although not as frequently as back then in my 30s. The price has come way down but the quality is still there. Just great stuff! I'll always have a bottle in my collection.

Love that CDN intense, the bitter herb rooty scent just hits my nose so well. All love for it. Unfortunately haven't own a bottle yet. More inclined towards milestone and sillage

Individuel is so good on my nose, the burst of raspberry and strong floral rush at the opening. Idk, I'm fortunate to grow to love it despite the initial hate at first sniff on it when I begin this journey but oh boy i just realised I didn't know how to appreciate it then.

I've got the bogart, alvaro gomez, nautica from this list & they're 3 solid choices. I'm loving the Alvaro Gomez Bano too, £16 for 750ml, I spray heavily all over in the heat after the shower for a gorgeous long lasting skin scent.

Nice selection. Had the Ferrari Bright Neroli once and was pretty impressed. You probably persuaded me to try the Boucheron. As far as Bogart is concerned I like the Bogart Signature scent which was created in the 70s.

I highly recommend Erboristica Uomo. This is my most complimented fragrance ever. Around 14 Euros here in Europe. Spicy, woody with a slight citrus. Nothing in my collection smells even remotely like it. It has bergamot, mandarin, pink pepper, sandalwood, cinnamon, and patchouli. I think it is an under the radar true Italian masterpiece that deserves much much more love. Try it and fall in love.

It's stunning. Bought it for my brother. If only it lasted more than two hours. I suppose it's cheap enough to carry and re-spray, but it's a shame it has no saying power

The fragrance that started my interest in scents back in the late 80's when I smelled it at a perfume shop on holiday in Tenerife is Tabac. A very unique fragrance even today.

Guerlain L'Homme Ideal Cologne; 7. Azzaro Pour Homme Intense (2015 EDP); 8. Rochas Moustache (2018 EDP); 9. Guerlain Habit Rouge (2003 EDT); 10. Bvlgari Man Extreme; 11. Alfred Sung Homme; 12. Mauboussin Homme. P.S. I went with the ones marketed towards men as I also love Mugler Cologne, but it's unisex. Also all are (or were at the time of my purchase) less than £ 34.99 for the big bottles @discounters.

Body Shop White Musk for Men EDT and the vanilla Eau De Missions. Both absolutely nail what they're aiming to do and you can pick them up for roughly £20 a bottle. Perfect spray before you go to bed perfumes. Wouldn't be without them.

rasasi fattan , old spice aftershave (original and new formulation ) , clubman pinaud , CDNIM , mercedes benz club black , lalique encre noire eau extreme and some others i like all my cheapies to be fair :)

I can only recommend Pinaud Virgin Bay Rum. Barbershop classic for those who seek something else than usual citruses. Same as Clubman, it is ultra cheap and sold in huge plastic bottle.

I must admit our Mr smellus , I've just got boucheron pour homme edp because of YOU going on about it, NOW THEN our smellus ! Tbh the opening of it smells like flash floor cleaner, BUT once you have left it a while it starts to transform into something that reminds me of the original POLO GREEN which is actually quite lovely and very nostalgic gentleman type of thing, I'm sure I've smelled it on a suited policeman at some time ions ago, BUT nevertheless once it works its magic that lovely nostalgic scent actually does hit the spot. For the price its very nice still.

I have the Special Reserve and the plastic bottle After Shave, but not the glass bottled one Dan is showing. I did not enjoy the Special Reserve (made in Texas I think). Very watered down. I preferred the plastic bottled After Shave.

M VR... I went through a similar situation a couple of years ago. Brut was the first cologne I bought. I started out sneaking it from my grandad and an uncle. Brut Classic cologne is the best of the modern renditions. It is a splash on and easy to find. I tried a few variations before settling on that one. I did not come across the glass bottle version Mr. Smelly has in the video.

Davidoff Zino Is my favourite cheapie of all. It is often (rightly) compared to Tom Ford's Beau de Jour, but Zino is a better performer in winter. Zino is stupendous value for less than twenty quid. It also plays very nicely with Bentley for Men Absolute, which I much prefer over Intense. I really enjoy the Lalique, purchased on Dan's recommendation.

And I'm wearing another great cheapie I just discovered: Mr. Blass by Bill Blass. A 2009 retro throwback to the late 80's early 90's. Similar to Escada Pour Homme, Ralph Lauren Safari, YSL Jazz and the like. $30 USD for a 4.2 oz bottle.

It's hard to pick cheapie favorites of all time but 2 that you should have included are Hanae More HiM EdP and Animale Animale. Honorable mention also goes to Jovan Musk and Giorgio for Men by Giorgio Beverly Hills.

@@frankp1648 Has Mr. Smelly ever reviewed it or is he MIA with this one? The original Giorgio from the 1980's that I wore way back when would choke out a room with 2 sprays! The sillage was equal to that of today's parfum extraits and it was called a cologne back then! Even today's version from EA Fragrances (with oakmoss limitations) lasts for quite awhile! This is what I have left from my 1980's bottle. The color has darkened but it's still wildly potent. One spray is enough: imgur.com/a/IB57tBu

Lalique pour homme is definitely a stunner, just a beautiful long lasting masculine fragrance, way better than its brother equus with the horse head instead. Armaf milestone would my entry to your cheapie video along with cdnim limited edition.

The best cheapie IMHO is Adidas Ice Dive. It's very cheap and actually smells good, it's not just a 'smells-good-for-the-price'-type of smell.

...grew up on (my fathers’) Old Spice...wore Brut (eager to try again, used to be quite sweet)and Hai-Karate (which was quite spicy)as a boy/young man...i can’t wear my Ferrari t-shirt without feeling like a poser...lol...Lalique Equus is an oriental, better than might be expected...and i’ll add the original Pierre Cardin (1972) to your great list...

Oh yes Bentley for Men intense, that boozy rum is balanced unlike the CH Prive that I have that can be coying. Remember when I was in the theater wearing it and begin to got hungry. We all know how our nose gets sensitive when we're hungry, but the sweetness from the booze is so balanced it's not coying. I know my CH prive would have been a tad but coying by then
