Hi Jan! Meron bago (yata) ang Dr. Sensitive na retinol serum. May Ceramides NP (nasa taas sya ng ingredients list), nasa lower ang Retinol. And walang percentage. Skl haha

Hi. My derma suggested not to use any product while I'm on tretinoin cream that she prescribed. As in yun lang 3x a week then in the morning sunscreen lang daw. Then I told her na napapanood ko kasi all over socmed na nagsskincare routine pa din/moisturizer (sandwich method) pag gumagamit ng tretinoin. Then she said baka daw kasi may ingredients yung mga products that I'm using na hindi pwede isabay sa tretinoin cream. Then I sent her the ingredients of my skincare sabi nya too rich daw lalo na mainit nyayon baka raw mag purge ako at mag clog sa pores ko. Is that ok? Hindi kasi ako sanay ng walang skincare routine. Thank you. I hope mapansin nyo ako hehe. ❤

May breakouts po ako. Okay lang po ba na gumamit ng Cleanser na may ingredients na 2% salicylic acid tas mag to-toner pa po akong 2% Salicylic acid then apply ng 0.5% Retinol tska mag aapply ng Moisturizer?

Hello po! I really want to ask this. I have acne prone/oily/sensitive skin. Pwede po ba gamitin yung KLENZIT (which has 1.5% salicylic acid) then ang toner ko is QUICK FX (which also has 2% salicylic acid). Di ko kasi sure if nagpurge ba ako or na irritate. Pls help me. If advisable ba siyang gamitin na sabay?
Hello Jan! Just wanted to ask if I can stack niacinamide products. I currently have the 5% niacinamide with hyaluronic acid by dermorepubliq and currently using the bt21 aloe ice with 5% niacinamide as my moisturizer. Will it cause irritation in the long run or is it okay to have them both? Thanks!
@@jomsies you have a point pero kasi lagi minemention ni Jan na 10% can be irritating. In my case, di ko naman siya naeexperience for now pero natatakot ako na baka some time ma irritate yung skin ko dahil sa taas nung percentage. Pero thanks pa din for your insights.
if it’s already mixed in to another ingredients it’s fine. a lot of the products out there has niacinamide already. like what he said in the beginning, 5% should be fine and won’t need a separate serum that has niacinamide. but if all other products i have have 5% or less then u should be ok.
If you're fond of gel moisturizers, you can also use luxe organix cica soothing gel for added soothing benefits on skin. If you already have a 5% niacinamide on your serum, i think there's no use to incorporate another product with niacinamide like moisturizer with niacinamide on your routine, since the best effective range of niacinamide is on 5% or below to avoid risk of getting irritated. Dr. Dray mentioned it in one of her videos as well, para makatipid daw since nagsisimahalan din ang skin care products.
Acne prone po ako and the most effective product ns gamit ko in the form of retoniod is DIFFEREN Cream(may gel-based din po sya).over the counter dito sa SG yan.moisturizer ko naman ay laroche posay(cicaplast baume b5).it helps alot on my acne scarring and pigmentation.bonus pa na nagkaGlass skin effect sya.P.S..the differen cream last me for about 5+ months so sulit talaga.
Hello Jan! New to skincare lang ako, and sayo ako kumuha ng ideas ano bibilihin.. may nabili ako klued salicylic acid cleanser and good molecules retinol... Pwede ko pa sila gamitin ng salitan? Like monday klued, tuesday retinol? Kasi nabasa ko hindi pwede isama sa routine pag may salicylic ang retinol. Pls enlighten me. Thanks!
