I'm back with another ramen tour trying all the BEST ramen noodle places in New York City.
The first location at Kame Rame, I loved their tonkatsu ramen and the pork bao. At Tonchin I liked the dan dan mian ramen and the sizzling dumplings they also have great Japanese matcha shaved ice. And for the last location at Ramen Ishida on their menu, I liked the New Tokyo Style Shouyu ramen the best.

I've been watching your vids for a while now. And I love your creative descriptions of the food! The "putting on a grass skirt...." comment really made me giggle! And the food looked delicious. Sadly I cannot find any restaurants near me that does ramen, hot pot or pho, which is frustrating, because I really want to taste some. My mouth waters every time I see you eat it!

My small town mostly has fast food but my daughter found a Ramen place. I didn't see an Asian face there though. It was pretty hippyish but oh my God, we had some great Ramen, our first Ramen ever. My daughter had the Tongotshu and I had a Veggie Ramen. The broth was incredible. So thanks Mike, you inspired us to seek out good food in our area.
