Hey everyone! Welcome back to Low Carb Love. I'm Mayra and today we are making an incredible, moist, delicious Mouth-watering Keto Sweet Cornbread with Cinnamon Butter. Make sure to leave a like and subscribe to never miss an amazing Keto Recipe.
Sweet Cornbread w/ Cinnamon Butter:
1 1/2 cup fine almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 cup baby corn (I use this one: amzn.to/3m9adbI)
3 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp sweetener (I use this one: amzn.to/31qBzCq)
4 tbsp butter melted
3 heaping tbsp sour cream
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
Optional: Cornbread Flavoring
Calories: 1574
Carbs: 30g (5g PER SLICE)
Fat: 126g
Protein: 65g
Sweet Cinnamon Butter (Refrigerate unused butter)
1/2 cup butter softened
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup powdered sweetener (I use this one: amzn.to/31qBzCq)
2 tsp Choczero maple syrup (Discount code: LOWCARBLOVE at choczero.com)

For my cornbread, I’ve always heated my greased pan in the preheated oven and then poured my cornbread into the hot pan then return to bake. It makes a huge difference in the final product.

Agreed, & same ~ it starts cooking immediately, rather than settling while the cast iron heats up. Makes for more even cooking & a better texture on the bottom & sides, imho. I think it kind of 'toasts' the corn also, as it hits the hot iron, which deepens the flavor. * I just watched 3 keto cornbread recipes, & you're the first person I've seen mention this =)

That's the traditional Southern way to make cornbread. But never with sweetener. It's bread, not cake.

I made your keto cornbread tonight. And Mrs. Myra it was Absolutely delicious!! I used a can of the baby corn and I used a date paste for my sweetener. I had to cook it a little longer, but it was still very moist!! I will enjoy it with my cabbage soup. Thank you🙂

I made this for dinner last night to go with Keto fried shrimp and like every other one of your recipies that I have tried, just perfect. I was a little nervous because when it came out of the oven it had the eggy squishy sound, but it didn’t have an eggy taste at all. I did add a little of the corn extract and was very light handed, I will add a tad more next time. This was just as good as the corn bread I reminder. Thanks for sharing.

This was DELISH. I made a tamale pie with it. I used half of a small can of reg corn (about 1/2cup). After blending the corn I cooked the ground corn in a pan over medium heat for about 20mins to dry it out. Didn’t need the cornbread extract.

Unless you are allergic to corn, I would use the baby corn, I looked it up and it has 3 grams of carbs but 2 grams of fiber for three ounces, so if you use the net carb method that only comes up to 1 gram of carb for 3 ounces. So 1 cup of baby corn, which is in her recipe and is 8 ounces, will probably give you a little over 3 carbs for the recipe

I just made this tonight for dinner with keto chili and I made the cinnamon butter, delicious and light I used the whole can of baby corn I drained it and put it in the food processor,but I didn't use a towel or cheesecloth to drain excess water I just left one egg out and it was delicious light and fluffy and moist and delicious

Hi Mayra first thank you for providing these great recipes. My question is have you ever tried making those golden flax seed tortillas but with noodles mixed in the dough . They are called tortillas de Maza con nopales. They green in color. Except these would be golden flax seeds and more nutritious. Well that’s it , thanks again.

You can add a little melted butter in cast iron skillet before putting cornbread in and it's a game changer kinda makes it a little crunchy edges or like a crust on it 😋 Thanks for all the wonderful recipes! I can't wait to try this one!

This is a good recipe, and easy I made it for chili Used the whole can of baby corn. Mine was crumbly and it was just right mixed into the chili. Was slightly sweet but not very sweet.

Thanks for this. I traditionally make dressing half cornbread half bread. So, can mix you two recipes to make my type of dressing just leave out the sweeteners and no maple butter.

I just made this cornbread and it is real cornbread flavor. I used the whole can of baby corn hoping I did not need the awful corn extract, and it is delicious! I did though put all the wet ingredients together and refrigerated them for a day so that all the ingredients would pickup the corn flavoring; it worked! THANK YOU! 🙏🏼
