That was a nice follow through, did 4 rounds with 24kg upper body and 32kg lower body. The last round was more my pace.

Thank you coach! I can only press 10kg(only can do 4 reps with 12kg)the rest 14kg. I’m 45 kg and 1.44 meter. Is it bad?

Thank you! I love these! I've got 12, 16, 20 and 24kg right now, and I'm using the 24 only for deadlifts. I probably could go heavier with some moves but what would you recommend to expand my collection first. A second 16 so I can start with some doubles or a 28/32 to expand the single hand options?
