@@TacticalMagfed I'm going with my custom painted HK Army HSTL Skull Goggle and your bump helmet suggestions. Really good in-depth video otherwise, most others aren't up to par. I also dig that black multicam with the green helmet accessories, everyone else just runs black, it really makes the black multicam pop.
It's definitely one of the better looking helmet loadouts on the field, especially in person! was great to see you at Red Hammer too pal! Not long till redalert! 😍
Thanks buddy, I added a few upgrades for sennybridge so I'm going to do an update video soon. Great seeing you too, your load outs are next level! I can't make it to redalert this year, shame as I love being able to shoot FSR at that event 😎👍
@@TacticalMagfed awwww no that’s a shame you can’t make it! Let’s hope OMG can pull another cracker out the hat before the years out! Least it gives you more time to edit your updated video though :D Did you enjoy red hammer too?
Thanks buddy, it didn't make sense to spend all that money and then cut everything out. It took a while but I figured out a way that works for me. Thanks for watching 😎👍
Hi there, I keep adding to my setup and having to re-film the video 😂 I have added new ear pro adapters and an exfog system and a new camera setup. I will be creating some more setup videos over the winter so I'll prioritise the helmet setup 😎👍
How do you make sure that the earpro actually protects your hearing? I see a lot of people wearing earpro over their mask, but in order for the earpro to actually protect your hearing you need a full seal around your ears! However the ear pads of the paintball mask prevent that full seal. Even if you remove the ear pads of the mask, the frame of the mask is still in the way to allow for a full seal of the headset around your ears. Unfortunately this is the reason why I stopped playing paintball :/ Everyone goes crazy about those sound grenades but nobody thinks about how 130db is actually damaging your hearing. Does this setup really guarantee hearing protection? I would really love to start playing again...
Hi there, I felt the same way and put off buying this setup for a long time. I thought it just wouldn't work with a paintball mask. Although you can't get the full seal due to the mask, it does give a surprising level of protection. What I have found is that the rail adaptors push the headset really tight against the ear pads of my mask which then push against my ears creating their own sort of seal. It's definitely not 100% of the protection you would get if the mask wasn't there, but it's probably somewhere like 70-80% effective. It definitely cuts out the effectiveness of the grenades and thunderflashes, it's a weird sensation you hear the grenade go off but it's more of a pop than a bang. I have had one of the newer EG flash bangs go off in a metal container I was in and they deadened the sound really well. Everyone else in there said their ears were ringing for a while, but I was fine. Hope that helps 😎👍
Hi there in terms of Comms they work great, no problems at all. In terms of noise reduction for flash bangs etc they are about 80% effective. Your ears are pushed against the side of the mask and are not in the ear cup of the headset so it's not 100% but it does reduce the noise. Hope that helps 😎👍
