Vowrawn as Emperor is the best the Sith can hope for. Man knows how the play the game, and he's of the Sith blood. So it makes perfect sense. He understands the culture and his ancestry is a part of it.
Yeah. He's never done anything to betray our trust yet. He's even helped us with the whole robots spying on us thing. And with the option of you being his Wrath and knowing what we're capable of, I'd like to think he's smart enough to never betray us. He's seen what happens to those who do.
@@suicune2001 Marr is more interested in the battlefield Vowrawn is better as Emperor personally but Marr would a great ally to both the Wrath & Emperor Vowrawn or Empress Acina
@@sussysuchomimus True. He was really effective as the Minister of War and was surprisingly honest for a Sith. He really had the best interest of the Empire at heart.
Vowrawn is one of the very few people that I can say that I trust in the Empire. He is a scheming bastard, but you can always be sure that his schemes help himself, his friends and the Empire.
I love that I have completed the Warrior storyline already, and yet it was only this video that reminded me that Vowrawn is the subject of the Unfinished Colossus, and Lord Qet, who I totally forgot that you meet in this storyline, is the one who commissioned the statue.
I noticed on my traitor Sith videos, Vowrawn did not offer me to be his Wrath but did on my loyal videos. I wonder if he suspects something. I also wonder if Rivix really is up to something or if he just has the demeanor of someone who is up to something. It seems kind of dumb for Vowrawn to hire a liaison between your people (or as the Empire's Wrath) just to have him undermine you. Maybe he'll undermine you if he suspects we're a traitor or a threat. Also, since he had the option of being killed on my main Sith Warrior, I wonder if we'll ever really see him again as per usual when it comes to characters who could have died. He was also the one to make the treaty with Zakuul and kneeled before Arcann on behalf of the Empire. It makes no sense he wasn't Emperor.
My headcanon for how Acina ended up Emperor instead of him initially is that he was letting her deal with all the Zakuul stuff. Any loss of popularity for having to bend the knee to them for the 5 years the outlander's frozen would thus fall on her shoulders instead of his.
@@whiteraven562 But he's the one who made the actual treaty and did in fact bend the knee. I'm starting to wonder if Vowrawn somehow knew the devs wanted to kill off the first emperor in the story so he just bode his time. XD
He was sent as a representative of the empire, to be honest Acina fits better as the Empress, Vowraan is too old and pragmatic to be Emperor he is too attached to the old ways; just as Malgus said if the Empire doesn't start to evolve it will perish for denying the strength of non-force users and force users who are not pure blood sith or human. To me Darth Jadus, Darth Malgus and Darth Acina were the siths who really made a difference in the Empire and made it stronger.
@@jz4tigerblue Vowrawn seemed to value non-Force users in the Sith story. I'm sure he values Force users more but he's definitely not above seeing normal people as very useful. I probably wouldn't have minded Acina if we had interactions with her before she became Empress. She just showed up out of nowhere where we had some background with other Dark Council members.
Tbh Vowrawn makes a better emperor than Acina. I think Acina should've been used as a replacement rather than Vowrawn, because it kinda does not make much sense.
Since it was Vowrawn shown in the vision making the treaty with Arcann, I don't know why he wasn't emperor. Lana stated it was Acina who made the treaty but it was clearly Vorawn. If it had been Vorawn from the start, then no one would have needed to side with Republic and break character. EDIT: I wonder if this somehow has to do with the Republic side. Because I assume most pubs are going to side with them, Vorawn becomes the emperor for nearly all Republic players. Maybe that's significant somehow, but probably not.
@@suicune2001 There were some survivors but they could not regain the power they held that made them a Dark Council member. Also, Acina wanted to reform the Empire. Vowrawn kept his seat because he played the game of thrones well and supported Acina. Vowrawn sees everything as a game which is how he maintained his power as the second most powerful Sith in the Sith Empire. He becomes Emperor if the player kills Acina. I bet Vowrawn could have been Emperor before Acina but he played his cards well to let Acina take all the heat when it comes to dealing the Eternal Empire, Arcann, Vaylin, the Eternal Alliance, and the player character. Vowrawn is the Littlefinger (Petyr Baelish) of the Old Republic story. The books not the show. The reason is that book Littlefinger is very charismatic and so likeable that everyone trusts him despite his treacherous nature.
Not bad but a bit sad introduction. Dark council member and gives up without a fight + also seemingly helpless against the actual bounty hunter. Of course we can say he only acting weak and helpless. But in that case he is at least a fool for letting you and the bounter hunter so close.
If I remember correctly, the game says somewhere he's not really all that powerful. His strength lies more in his cunning. Plus, we're the main character. WTF is he going to do? lol
