Every time Allie chimes in it reminds me how much her presence brings to the show. The little bits of game help, joke input, and egging Arin on is the best
big agree!!!! i love allie. i love when the crew chime in during streams (not that i watch a lot of streams, ive mostly just seen chrono trigger) and its cool to have a little bit of that in the actual show lmao
45:37 when Arin starts talking about Rachel. I swear.. in the middle of working... I zoned out, and my eyes crossed listening to him... Like I had a THOUSAND yard stare... then Suddenly "Something about this story made it so I couldn't SEE" is said and I died laughing.
Dude i wish Arin got to throw a few more shots before the match was over, but Harley was all over him. Feels bad man. Trooper Arin for taking those hits like a champ!
Arin was in a real punchy mood during Garfield and his nine lives. Like, he's immediately being contrarian by using his own opinion about the cupcake to question Dan's, he challenges Dan to prove Garfield is funny just because Dan thinks it is, Like damn. I didn't know a fight with Harvey could do that to a man.
Ah ok I get what Arin is saying now, it's a sandwich and that hamburgers, subs, and philly cheesesteaks are types of sandwiches. So yeah, hamburger's a sandwich, baby!
In arin's defense, for the Eggman boss fight where he skipped the tutorial Chao stuff, no boss fight should ever be designed such that you need explicit instructions from an in-game character on how to fight it (unless it's for a lore reason, but those are rare)
if a meatball Sub is a sandwich (and it is, it's a fucking Sub Sandwich) then a Hot Dog is a Sandwich. They both sit in a specific type of bun that isn't sliced in half but is instead just parted down the middle into a clamshell shape. It's just Contents inside of sliced bread, it doesn't need to be two separate slices of bread, it can just be a single piece of sliced open bread.
Me watching this several times as I unfold a conspiracy about post boxing match Arin being an imposter robot after his accidental death to Epic Meal Man in the ring because it’s legal in Florida but grumps is a business that must continue
Random thought, but during the food mascot tier list section, when I saw the Apple Jacks apple for some reason I envisioned Arin and Dan as Fanboy (Dan) and Chum-Chum (Arin). I think it was the art style of the apple that did it. Definitely a strange train of thought!
the bit where Arin and Dan are talking about analysis dreams reminds me of that other bit from the Sonic 06 play through where Jon pretended to be a dream analysis. "Doctor, I had a dream that I went out with my friends and I had such a great time and I had fun. what does it mean?" "It means that you like your friends..."
16:26 man I wish the continuation where he clarifies he doesn’t mean in the context of furries but real life otters, and that “it’s a cry for help”. Still a great comp! 😎
Wow it actually angers me how for some reason I just haven’t been getting any of their notifs. Maybe it’s just getting lost in my feed, but these eps seemed like so much fun.
A hotdog and a hamburger are both 100% sandwiches. First, a burger is literally a sandwich. Second, a hot dog is a miniature, processed meat sub sandwich. So are sub sandwiches not sandwiches? Is subway not a sandwich shop? If they are, then hot dogs are a sandwich.
"You don't say burger sandwich?" is such an frustrating argument. Is a PB&J not a sandwich because it's not called a "PB&J sandwich" or a grilled cheese?
Arin has absolutely no idea what he's talking about with the boxing match, he got fucked up. Nobody who can box "waits for the other guy to get tired" by getting pummeled lmao
Well, kinda… When a guy is three times bigger than you, you DO have to use tactics to wear him down, and that includes blocking their strikes but mostly you should be evading as much as possible. Arin got some of it right, but ultimately he was fighting someone with the body structure of a bear, it was unlikely he could’ve won. Don’t read into it too much, he was extra salty on that Garfield playthrough
@@showerfreak he was training? The dude had a 60 pound weight advantage. What did anyone think was going to happen? There’s a reason for weight classes in traditional boxing.
Wouldn't mind Arin ragging on games like Zelda and Sonic if he didn't feel the need to bring the viewers into it and act like he's the only one who isn't blind to how awful those games are. Majora's Mask was the worst with that. 37:37 Perfect example right there.
He does that because Sonic and Zelda fans are the absolute worst with criticism. And he’s put himself out there with his opinions on those games, so naturally every one of you guys comes out of the woodwork on Twitter and RU-vid anytime he’s got something bad to say. I even thought to myself somebody is going to be mad about his Sonic jokes in the compilation vid comments. And here it is. At this point he’s just making fun of you guys.
@@Max_Gooch You're assuming a lot from my comment, but okay. Dude died to a mini-boss repeatedly because he wasn't using his shield and then got mad that people think Majora's Mask is good. No one's allowed to say his criticisms are flawed?
How could you. How could you and how dare you. I think it safe to drink water, and then have to ask myself if Apple Jacks is hot. How could you. I'm crying now thinking "Here I come, I am Cinnamon..."
Ok I know arin is super bad at video games. But I feel like sonic games like generations greatly highlight how bad he truly is. Just the entire eggman boss fight is a comedy of errors to the point it stops being funny watching him fail
If you ever felt like you were too privileged with first world problems, just remember Dan's main (comfortably paid) income is watching his best friend play video games for several hours and yet he says "c'mon dude I have other shit to do today" lol I love Dan but c'mon bruh
