Actually the funny thing is, this might be true and she really was planning to do it in installments (after all she thought she was going to be a big movie star so 7m isn't much) but she thought that it would look bad to do that - because she claims the reason Depp wanted to do it was tax relief - so backed herself into a corner where she could only look as if she weren't planning to do it at all. Probably she just wasn't planning to do it at all though, since she kept claiming she'd given it all already.

Pretending to donate, was just another manipulation ploy... designed to try to discredit him... and paint herself in a positive light. She was never really going to donate that money. The evidence was all there. Countless staged photos she took, like putting ice cream on him while he was sleeping. The Drug-Table, of which there were like 5 different arrangements. The recordings, trying to trap him, after inciting him. And the fake Therapist Notes that she recently touted... of which she seemed to hint that she tried to get her lawyers to use... and they obviously refused to accept (clearly written in her own handwriting). The fact that he stated that when he met her... she knew the same Obscure books, and same unique obscure bands... is telling. She studied her PREY well, before speaking with him.
