He really should be wearing a helmet every time he operates these machines. I wouldn't want to think about what would happen if he crashed at 70 mph in that little kart frame. 😢

@No Name - I bet this is exactly how 'ol Werner Von Braun got his start, and we credit him with getting us to the Moon! I think "Maddox" means "Here, Hold my Stein!" in German. Yeah - I subscribed.
My dad was 16 when he first heard a pulse jet engine. It was fitted to a German doodlebug, which landed and exploded not far from him; whilst he was cleaning the windows of the house he was living in. The blast shattered the window he was cleaning; and cut his thumb. He claimed it as his war wound; since it was caused by enemy action. He later joined the Tank Regiment; and survived the war. He died aged 92. He would have loved to see a peaceful use for a pulse jet engine such as this!
Man I remember way back when this guy was making pulse jet motors on his website in the early 2000's, some of his work was discussed on a potato gun forum (Spudfiles if anyone is interested, it's a wealth of knowledge for anything operated by pneumatic or combustion pressure) I used to moderate, it's pretty cool being able to see this 20-some years later and realize he's the badass dude we all thought he was back then😂, he was kind of a legend in our community lol.

Ya I know ,no easy answers. I my self am going threw some tough times ,my path ahead looks to be a rocky one ( down hill with steep rocky Slopes) but I have close family and they are gearing up for me . Not sure if he has kids or grandkids but I can imagine as a 12 year old being told you'll be staying with Grandpa for the summer. I would have been in nirvana.

These are amazing machines. And i love the humor of wearing a helmet and not a fire suit..lol. I would love to see one run off if methanol. It would be hard but the temperature difference might keep them running longer.
its like the V1 buzzbombs that the germans used to send over the english channel, except theyre welded onto a cart hahaha. the tech is surprisingly old, and has some surprisingly fun applications!
This man just doesn't give a damn thing and just straight up does what he wants and live the best life out there, I hope to be as cool as him in my older age
