My autistic daughter (5), has been so sick the last couple days (severe virus and also ear infection) and she has only wanted dad since she’s been sick, so I moved her bed downstairs to the living room and she is currently passed out on me while this plays. It kills me that she doesn’t feel good but I do love how cuddly she’s been again 😫

Wow. I'm alone and was just on the verge of an internalized hyperfixation anxiety overload, normal distractions were not working, and as a last-ditch effort to fight it I tried looking up relaxing videos. The normal ones like fish and streams were not helping, and the white noise kinda made it worse and sounded really loud, but something about this just made my brain click. Now I'm just rubbing my neck and staring at this and I feel better. Hope to calm down fully by the end of it. Definitely saving this for the future. Thank you.

As someone who struggles with sensory overload, music like this helps a lot. I get so jittery and antsy throughout my day and can’t sleep due to me feeling itchy out of nowhere, anxious, or uncomfortable if even a piece of fluff is touching my skin. I have asd and PTSD along with other disorders, I was having a meltdown in my room because it was hot and I was sweating and I needed to clean my room but I didn't know where to start and I kept stepping on weird stuff and I felt very overstimulated. I’m 21 and I have learning disability/discalculia and I also have ADHD initentive type which is what they used to call ADD and I sometimes get overwhelmed especially if I’m having a hard time of comprehending something. So glad I got the best treatment for my autistic son who is only 4 years old I've been using Dr Oyalo Herbal medicine and it has been really helpful,💯 his speech has improved completely

In less than 30.seconds, 4 yo was liked mesmerized. She relaxed immediately. Were on our 17th min, still fixed on on it. It might be the images or both sound... Whatever it is it calms her down.... This is great!

Tfw your phones speaker is wonky so the audio crackles when its too loud triggering your sensory overload but if its too low i can hear the noises in my room that trigger my sensory overload. I can never find peace huh LOL
