[Ingredients]
Japanese Basil (Ao-shiso) : 10 leaves
Men-tsuyu: 1/2 Tablespoon
Soy Sauce: 1 Tablespoon
Grated Garlic: one clove
Water: 1 Tablespoon or more
White roasted sesame seeds: 1 teaspoon
Sesame Oil: 2 teaspoons
Red Pepper Powder: a dash
*Can substitute with*: a dash of Chili Pepper
[Directions]
Wash Japanese basil leaves and cut off stems.
Wipe off the excess water from leaves.
Combine all ingredients to make the sauce.
Coat each leaf with small amount of sauce and pile them up together.
We recommend you to cook five cups of rice!!
It's so good, you won't be able to stop!
