These exercises working for me, im almost 73 with sciatica,pre-diabetic and 25lbs overweight im also doing intermittent fasting, having a difficult time losing the weight but now im starting to shed those pounds and im gaining muscles. Thanks so much to you and Meredith .

As promised Mere, I came back today and knocked out Day 10! I actually did Coach Gaby's Day 3 again first, then followed up with this one by Coach Greg! Still PMS'ing a bit but I feel great!! Thank you all for this 10-day challenge!! 🎉❤🎉❤

What a great Challenge! Thank you Coaches for doing these work outs for us, your personalities rock! Day 10 completed! I did the Body for life Challenge about 20 years ago with 40 minute weightlifting exercises and 20 minute Cardio days and now that I am going on 65 yrs young I sure do appreciate the doable workouts ♥️ Going to use same method of alternating upper body, lower body and cardio with your workouts, yay a light at the end of the tunnel!!! ❤❤🎉

Ok, I'm doing as you ask. I would love to see a low belly apron challenge. That area is so stubborn and I would love some targeted excerises to get rid of it!!

Love the workouts and challenges. As I am not as familiar with all of the moves and mechanics, I would greatly appreciate it if when you're going over the moves, and during the exercises, you could advise on things like, firing your legs, pull in your stomach, keep your back straight, and whatever else will help ensure I'm doing the moves properly and to get the best results. You guys are awesome!

Day #10 accomplished, and belly challenge finished!!! I'm not sure what I'll do next. I'm thinking about maybe just doing this one over again, because there's a good combination of challenges and simple that I think it would be pretty effective over time. I learned something today! My brain fog has been worse recently and I wasn't sure why. But, a thought came to mind, so I did a search. A friend of mine mentioned she was taking magnesium glycinate for something. I did a search around that time and saw it was helpful for insulin sensitivity, so I switched back to magnesium glycinate. Magnesium chloride will cross the blood brain barrier, but magnesium glycinate doesn't at all! So I would have been better off to do both instead of almost exclusively magnesium glycinate. It has helped my glucose levels, but my brain fog has been worse. The Lord had reminded me about magnesium L-threonate again. It's something that I've looked into for a number of years, but for a variety of reasons always ended up picking something else. I've been getting a lot of magnesium rich foods; like spinach, mixed greens, cocoa powder, broccoli, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, almonds... Etc, but I'm still getting brain fog, even when my glucose has been somewhat low, like 107. I switched back to magnesium chloride today, and I spent several hours picking out a magnesium L-threonate supplement, while in a state of brain fog mind you. It's supposed to arrive Wednesday, but in the meantime the magnesium chloride will be sufficient, as well as the foods I'm eating. I would have picked the loose powder, but it was cheaper to get the capsules. I might do another search later but that can get me started. My brain fog gets frustrating because it really slows me down, but I thank and praise God I've been able to think clearly, even if it's harder at times. God's grace and guidance has kept me going, for which I'm thankful! I'm hoping the combination of magnesium L-threonate, fish oil and curcumin will keep my brain fog to a minimum. There might be other things that can help, but that combo should be fairly effective. I've got so much to do and I don't have time to waste, so I need the brain fog to be gone. The past couple of days have been discouraging, but no matter what I go through God is right beside me, walking through it with me. When I'm down, Jesus lifts me up again. When I feel weak, He strengthens me. When I don't know what's going on, the Holy Spirit guides me and gives me understanding. In this world and life we have trials and tribulations, but I can take heart because Jesus overcame the world, and I am more than a conquer through Him who loves me, because greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world. I long for Jesus to return and I can't wait to be with the Lord forever, but with the time that remains, I hope and pray God will use me to reach many people with the hope of Jesus Christ, the truth of the gospel. I'm excited about the progress I'm seeing with personal health and fitness goals. Still a long way to go, but every step forward is a victory! My body is a temple for the Holy Spirit, and it honors God when I take care of my body. And so I'm trying to.
