I get to know WISE card from you and it saved me so much hassle! WISE card is my fav traveling card now, thank you Ziet and keep up with the good quality content!
Already signed up for wise. Their postage service for physical card is sux hard. Almost 1 month waiting still not arrived. Had to cancel and order back. Really need another option for my next overseas travel
I also think WISE is the best option here - I have a question - is it possible to LOAD the foreign currency account (i.e. EURO) inside WISE directly from a foreign currency account i.e. a EURO currency account in CIMB Malaysia (NOT transfer from RM fund in a local bank, converted in a foreign current inside WISE) ?
@@CjxJamie no one seemed to have the answer, and WISE support wasn’t the most helpful either. Still waiting to be enlightened, if there is a way to do this, it would indeed be an almost perfect solution
Hi Dev, i have privatised that video temporarily due to a content moderation exercise with our sponsors - which should be settled within a few weeks for now, apologies for that! Can check it out here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qdh3wrKFpDg.htmlsi=cJQk2uSQuLDVMQjY
hi Ziet! thank you so much for your info. Seriously it's a lifesaver. I'm trying to transfer USD from my PayPal account to my Wise account. And I can't link the USD bank account because PayPal only allows us to link a bank account in Malaysian ringgit. So the other option I can think of is to link the Wise Visa Card instead. But question: if I transfer USD from PayPal to my Wise Visa card, will I receive the money in USD or in MYR?
- Maybank: Widely accepted, good for local and international use, but watch out for foreign transaction fees (usually higher than fintechs). - Alliance Bank: Similar to Maybank, reliable with competitive fees. - Wise: Best for international transactions with low conversion fees and real exchange rates. - GXBank: Similar to bigpay and wise, but inferior to wise for foreign currencies purpose (in my opinion) - Touch 'n Go: Great for local use and everyday expenses, but not ideal for international transactions due to higher fees. Each has its own benefits depending on your usage!

I tried to use my WISE card in Milan airport, it was declined despite having EUR500 on my WISE account. I also tried the card at Uniqlo Malaysia, also declined. Seems the card is only useful for online payments.
@@no-handleswise card seems has problem for Malaysia.. my card can only paywave but pin and pay cannot work.. but you can overcome all that by using google pay or apple pay.. for some reason wise card works with this..
Hi. If I got bunch of foreign currencies right now, says JPY, THB, or USD, in cash. How could I deposit them into my Wise account at the minimal losses?
