The simplest way to remove Milia is to cut a garlic in half and rub it for 1 minute. Leave for half an hour, then wash face. Use moisturiser. Repeat until it drys and falls off.

You don't know anything about dermatology, milia are keratin cysts that are under the skin, that's why they prick it to extract it and you think that rubbing garlic will make it fall off? Lol

I've already do the laser treatment once but they still come back. Do you have any advice so the milia will x appear again. I have panda eyes problem at the same time, so i'm scared to use any serum or product around my eyes to treat the panda eye because the milia might grow more. I'm so confuse. Any idea how to overcome these problems?

have you tried salicylic acid?

Alpha Hydroxy Acid ( AHA) or Lactic Acid each night + a good - suitable to your skin type - moisturiser in the AM and PM. A ceramide spray or cream could help, particularly after you've had them removed, to repair the skin barrier. My personal favourite is the Dr.Jart+ Ceramide Cream Mist. But if you can't get this, there are plenty ceramide creams and mists. NB. Do not use vaseline or coconut oil EVER as they're not non-comedogenic and make things worse by creating pimples and clog your skin even more. Start with a low % of AHA, like 5%. Keep using this, and do not go up unless it stops working and you have zero reaction anymore. It's an acid, so a chemical peeling. While OTC it can still hurt the skin (usually after use your skin can become red or feel a bit sunburned. That's normal. Unless the pain is really bad, then you need sth softer, like a low % lactic acid, which is especially for sensitive skin). I've always used the Louis Widmer AHA-concept 5% cream (tried 10%, but that hurt and created eczema) every day for years outside of summer. The Ordinary Lactic Acid serum is also useful if you want to start slow. Very soft. I usually used that on sunny days as acids make your skin extra sensitive for sunburn and mine is already super sensitive. Most people cans use the AHA year-round. Just use a good SPF50. I'm sorry, but I've no idea what a panda eye is. But unfortunately a cream or serum is the only way to prevent them. Maybe a daily AHA toner might be helpful too. Clean the area with that. Some people have some use of acne patches, you know those tiny round stickers you place on a pimple. The milia that aren't deep come out then. I've never had that benefit, though, so I wonder. However, if you want to try: The COSRX master patch is great. You might try this first as you're scared of the creams and serums. Otherwise the only way is to have them removed with a needle again, and use the cream or serum from then on, and make sure your skin stays hydrated. I know it helps as I didn't have them for 9 years after I had them removed. I have them again allover my face because I couldn't use AHA cream, nor retinol, for 18mths. Imho that's proof. Good luck!

I have used laser for skin tags, and with a good dermatologist and a good numbing cream, it doesn’t hurt at all. It does leave a bit of scarring, but you can find a good treatment. It is on the pricier side, but it works wonders

How about milia in the eyelid?

What products would you suggest to use to avoid this but you have extremely dry skin??
@twinflame667
@twinflame667 9 месяцев назад
@jadecarterful heyy try using salicylic acid serum (not a bha exfoliator with salicylic but a SALICYLIC SERUM ) 3 times a week AT NIGHT on your milia...trust me i had milia for so long and did try retinol still couldn't remove it..but salicylic acid did the trick (prep your skin with toner/essence, wait 20 min for it to dry, apply salicylic then niacinamide, wait 15 another min and moisturize). They do comeback once in a while tho.. hope it helps

Is Vaseline a reason? Doctor
@emmsya
@emmsya 5 месяцев назад
If you have oily/combination skin, then yes. I used to do slugging with Vaseline until I realized that was the reason why I was getting milia so much around my eyes
@rhouse4958
@rhouse4958 3 месяца назад
That is what caused mine around my eyes. My dermatologist charges $50 per milia to remove. Because it's not a medical issue but a cosmetic issue it's not covered by insurance.
