Thanks for adding vegan recipes! I’m trying to make that change (well more vegetarian) and it’s hard to find good, easy things to cook to baby step into it.
If you want this to be a one bowl recipe. Mash the bananas first, mix in butter, canola oil, vanilla, spices, both sugars, then baking soda baking powder pinch of salt, then add the flour and milk alternating as you add them. Boom one bowl.

I've made this twice and used low carb sugar, spelt flour and coconut milk my my my hands down the best tasting banana bread ever. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏾
I tried to make it today it was amazingly fluffy & delicious although I changed a bit, I didn't have vegan butter so I put 90ml vegetable oil & I added some chocolate chip on the top,, it was perrrrrrrrfect 😍✌🏻❤️❤️ thank you soo much for the amazing recipe
Saturday morning, I'm home with the kids and decide to research a vegan banana bread recipe. Can I just say, this was super easy to make and it's just come out of the oven and mymymymymy!!! I've told everyone I know that this is the best banana bread recipe ever! I have to keep my 12yr old away from it! Its too good to be true. Thank you so much for sharing.
The verdict is in... It is delicious! So good and easy. I added 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice, and walnuts to the top. This recipe needs a disclaimer that everyone should double the recipe, because they're going to need two.👩🍳💋
I need to try this! It looks delicious!!! I haven't had banana bread in a loooong time! I would replace the white sugar with organic cane sugar (if it's white, it isn't technically vegan sugar).

This was perfect. I did mash the bananas first then added my wet ingredients. I’m another bowl I added that mixture to my dry ingredients. Still came out perfectly 👌🏾
@@dianakümmel Thanks. I have only brown sugar and I'm thinking I'll put ¾ to 1 cup. I don't tinker with ingredients that are needed for a specific, chemical outcome but banana bread is very forgiving and my bananas are from my yard and very sweet. I think it'll be OK.
I made this and I loved the flavors and it turned out moist! Next time I would have mashed the banana more into a purée. I think I left too many lumps and I could tell they sunk in the batter :0 Oh well, next time.
Thanks for vegan banana bread however, you never say how much of the ingredients to use cups of flour etc., which seems you really are not sharing the full recipe.
Does nobody give measurements for baking videos anymore? Like am I legit supposed just throw flour in and pray to the banana bread gods that it's the right amount and doesn't come out the oven like a brick of chalk?
I cook at my job, make bread pudding all the time, made pumpkin bread pudding today, we do 1 qt half half and 1 qt heavy cream, 1.5lb sugar 12 oz brown 14 oz eggs, teaspoon i do a lil more tbh of vinilla, nut meg, cinnamon, mines more pudding then bread.
Looks amazing as I love me some banana bread but it would be very helpful if you mentioned the quantity/amount of each ingredient so folks aren't guessing if it's 1 or 2 tablespoons or cups of something. God bless. 🙏🏻
Hi, thanks for the amazing recipe. Made it two times and it’s been so tasty! But I wanted to ask,for some reason second time around I made it, it didn’t rise at all and was pretty flat. What do you recommend? Ingredients were pretty much the same. Thank you! 😊
I know why you said nobody can tell it's vegan "for real" because it's the worst when I get tricked into thinking a dish won't taste vegan only for it to end up tasting well..vegan. 😂
