amazing, been vegan for 6 years this is absolutely the best recipe channel I've ever seen, really cool you got alternatives for nut-free versions of everything, oil is not needed!
Forget about a cookbook. JAVANT deserves to have his own TV Cooking Show! Everyone of his recipes is NUTRITIOUS & DELICIOUS! All of his rcipes are the healthiest of all other WFPB Vegan RU-vidrs! I've made over 12 of his recipes and now he is the only one I follow, while still using some others. So I made his Sausage recipe and added it to my Alfredo Potato Bake recipe, adding in Broccoli & Cauliflower and my taste buds had orgasms!!! Looking forward to this lasagna. I am a 50-year WFPB Vegan and I am here to tell everyone that JAVANT is, without a doubt, the Finest WFPB Vegan chef preparing the healthiest vegan recipes of all time!!! I made ground for the first time. First time using a food processor my friend gave back in 2020. Im hooked, my friends are hooked. Im always going to have ground ready. Been hooked on making my own nut milk too. I buy nuts in bulk from Wholesale nuts and dried fruits. Im more excited this time around in my plant based lifestyle. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. You are an answered prayer. Everything happens in Gods timing. You have come right on time for me. I even created an Instagram just to keep up with all of your recipes. And i hate Instagram/social media.😂
I LOVE your message! I am just as happy as you because I love it when I receive confirmation that my recipes are facilitating healthier outcomes. I am so glad that you are excited by what I am offering and really appreciate you taking time to say so. You are so welcome, and please stay tuned for more. 🙂
Brother I cannot tell you how much I appreciate YOU!! I have yet to taste a recipe of yours that I do not like. Every time I make a recipe of yours I say the same words you say all the time…Mmmmmmmmm! your recipes are that good. From the bottom of my heart, I just want to say THANK YOU!❤
I have an auto-immune disease that requires a special diet and your recipes are the only ones I've found that match my requirements exactly. Thank you!
So inspiring! When I first started eating vegan I decided I would only make food full of flavor. I figured that would be motivator for me. Your recipes fulfill this perfectly!
You were sent by God!!!!! I love the options you have for nut free items. I am now learning I should not have nuts and was afraid I'd be even more limited in what I could eat!!! Thank you!
You are so welcome. I love your message because it motivates me to think that my recipes are helping people enjoy dishes that they thought were no longer on the table ( no pun intended )! So, thank you!
I made something like this today. I mad your tomato free pasta sauce. I didn't have any lasagna or almond breadcrumbs so here's what I used: slice ripe plantains as a substitute for the lasagna, veggie ground beef cashew cheese sauce and some sesame seeds as substitute for the almond breadcrumbs. I thoroughly thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you!
I've never seen substitutes for mushrooms in a recipe before, thank you! So many food issues have kept me going fully vegan or even vegetarian but i grab recipes that i can have. You're making my days with nightshade, gluten, nut, and even mushroom free here!
This recipe is definitely a winner! So detectable! Please have the camera person close in on you cutting into the dish for that first and second bite. 🤤 🤤 🤤
OMG! This was the easiest recipe for me to cook today. I used the veggie ground beef....OMG!!!! This dish is a beast-like the kids say 😂😂😂. I can serve this to my grandchildren/children w/o having to cook several different dishes. Time to make more veggie ground beef/sausage. Thank you. 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾👑 APTTMH! You have changed my eating habits and my life. You have truly been blessed. Keep up the good work.
WOW! I'm on my way with my container, lol. Looks so yummy delicious and hearty. A beautiful green salad on the side and a slice of your Carrot Cake would be pure happiness.😅 👍🏽👍🏽 Thank You so much.
You are the picture of health! Absolutely beautiful. Amazing healthful recipes as well! I cant wait to make this, lasagna was my favorite before going vegan i could eat a whole dish alone.
Thank-you so much for the tomato sauce substitute. I have tried for so long to find a substitute since I can’t eat tomatoes and yours is the first video that I have ever watched that has a substitute. .
Healthy Vegan... Eye Definitely Appreciate U 4 Posting And Sharing Ur Great Healthy Delicious Vegan Food Video Content, Which Eye Truly Enjoyed Periodth 👁️💯💥🌎✊👍
I have appeared on Chef AJ Live a couple of times, and will join her again in May or June. I also have a live cooking demo posted on my RU-vid Channel under the interviews tab 👌🏾
Thanks! My meat loving husband actually told me that I can make this recipe any time!?! I even used your no-nightsahde sauce instead of tomatoes. It wasn't as pretty as yours but he liked it! I will probably double the cheese next time. I'm so happy that I found you.
Delicious Javant, I used your veggie ground recipe to make vegan lasagne with hearts of palm lasagna sheets but I do love chickpea/lentil noodles as well! Definitely going to make this way too. The way you adapt recipes for others' health needs is truly remarkable. Always enjoy your posts!
@healthyveganeating it’s a 10!!!!! I used Tinkyada Organic Brown Rice lasagna noodles (I know, you don’t do rice) and for the crumbs, I mixed some Rawmesan with crunchy gluten free panko crumbs. Worked out well!!! Nice cheesy flavor and crunchy texture. And I have lots of leftovers so looking forward to enjoying it a couple more times this week!
I am fortunate to have partnered with a very major publisher to create my cookbook. Just started it, so it will be awhile before it's available. My HV Lifestyle Support App will have the recipes from here and IG. It will be available soon.. 👌🏾
Although we can’t taste what you made, just know that your "mmmm" after you try it for us makes your dishes that much better. That's your signature, so don't ever stop. 😊
I'm still waiting for the cookbook to come out and believe you me I am going to be online and this is the best I mean the best cooking show ever. I cannot eat sugar flour and wheat I go to 12 step meetings for my addiction to sugar flour and wheat and trust me this has saved my life
I’m fortunate to have signed with a very major publisher, but their process is a long one. I just started it a couple months ago, so it’ll be awhile. My HV Support App will have well over 400 recipes and dozens of informative videos. It’ll be available within the next 3-4 weeks.
Smart! And so thoroughly thoughtful on covering all of the bases. 🙌🏻🙏🏻 Thank you for sharing your thoughts on how one could pull stuff together from things you have - might be something we don’t think of. 😊 I’m not the first to say this, but your videos are so well done and we are all benefiting from your hard work! 👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 And finally, thank you for the education about nightshades. I’ve never heard of that but now I know and it’s pretty enlightening. 😁 Many thanks 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Thank you so much! I am operating in my space of passion and purpose, so sharing videos is really fulfilling to me. However, comments like yours are the fuel that keeps me super motivated and inspired to continue to bring this type of content. So, thank you so much for watching and taking time to send beautiful vibes of appreciation!! 💚
@@healthyveganeating the pleasure is mine, and it goes without saying - well deserved! Love to hear that it fuels your passion to continue - we are all here for it, and eager to see more. Looking forward to it. 💚🙏🏻
Spinach is high in OXALATES, which is greatly reduced by cooking it... the spinach gets cooked when the lasagna is baked. Furthermore, the amount of spinach you would consume eating a serving of this lasagna would not contain enough oxalates to be harmful, but would give you lots of nutritional benefits as mentioned in the video. This is assuming you don't some type of allergy or sensitivity to spinach.
You are by far my most favorite Vegan cook :-) I really want to try your vegan lasagna, however, I cannot seem to find the recipes for the tomato sauce, cheese sauce, or the bread crumbs. When I click on the "See video below" it comes up with a 27 or 30 second video with no instructions or ingredient list. Where can I find these recipes?
Those videos have the recipes. Tap on the 3 vertical dots, then tap on the word Description and you should be able to view the detailed recipes. Please let me know if you have any issues. Thanks so much for considering me your favorite!!
This is awesome. I don't know if you have already made a nightshade-free version of eggplant parmesan, but I can imagine using many of these ingredients... Perhaps leaving out the Veggie grounds, replacing the spinach with basil, and using sliced zucchini instead of pasta. Thanks for the inspiration.💕🙏🏾
When I make zucchini lasagna.I PUT SALT IN THE ZUCCHINI SO THAT IT BRING THE WATEROUT OF IT AND OUT PAPER TOWEL ON IT TO HELP WITH THE ABSORPTION. IT STILL HAS A LOT OF WATER IN THE PAN. DO YOU HAVE ANY OPTIONS. SO THAT THE ZUCCHINI LASAGNA WONT HAVE MUCH WATER AFTER COOKING. THANKS
@@healthyveganeating I made it tonight for the first time. It was so easy and delicious. I used frozen cauliflower rice since they didn't have fresh cauliflower at the market. I cooked it first by itself to get the excess water out. I took half the mixture and added black beans to it and ground flaxseed and made meatballs in the oven. I already had stir fry zuchini vegetable medley in the fridge. I heated it and placed 3 meatballs on top with a little tomato sauce. Delicious. Thanks so much.
@@healthyveganeating Thank you. Question about beans if you know. How can we lessen the effects of beans? Will it lessen? I'm new on this journey 2 months.
