Hi VK, Recently, some strange events have been happening on the battlefield. Many friends are winning battles but receiving very few points, while losses result in a significant deduction of points. I myself experienced a similar situation a few days ago, where I won and only gained 2 points, but losing resulted in a substantial point loss. I'm just an average player with a rating of around 2K RS. I believe creating a video that explains the scoring mechanism and calculation formula in a clear and simple way would pique the interest of many players. If the video could use easily understandable images or charts, I'm sure many Asian friends would be happy to watch it. After all, your usual style of discussion may be a bit challenging for non-English-speaking countries to grasp.
great shout out for Di-tools been using it for awhile as I experimented with 1 and 2 stars - continue to use it almost daily as a refereence to in game questions and as Dev has added the set info and normal gem details, its an all around good refenece site - speaking of which! Watched this again - great overview of gems and its good reinforcement as we go into a period of balancing - think you used that phrase. Excited about these improvements to necro's skills - alot that are mentioned were truly awkward or plain broken so want to get back to them in pve and pvp and see if Blizzs rubber hits the road. great work as usual.
Yep it's quite fair to recommend good things what I basicly did. About whole rebalancing I believe it is just a begining and we will see much more in the future. At least this is what i would do if I was BliZ.
What are the best gems for necromancer and PVE? I've swapped out so many gems that im just getting lost in it now... I dont care for BG! Im currently running a lighting build
@vk.videos ahh OK, I went from playing necromancer. I tried the other toons by switching my class a little bit, But now i'm stuck on blood knight because I love it and only a few gems Is transition ok ish, and also the pain clasp is fun with alot of blood knight attacks as well alot of good combos. Hello vk i need your advice i play necromancer sumons build i have 1510 res i have bloody reach rank8 folowers burden rank6 blood soaked rank4 freedom and devotion rank10 awaked berserker eye rank 10 awaked everlasting torment rank 10 awaked pain clasp rank6 and seeping bile rank 2 wich one shoud i give up for mother’s lament ?
You won't be able shooting mobs again anytime you want once to obtain this garbage gem (mothers lament) despite of its very long CD. Once you hits a monster the gem wull active and its a waste. NOW you need ro wait for another 20 seconds for the gem lol
Good video. But, there is sooo much info ABOUT legendary gems out there, but so very little info to find out about what gems are inserted into them once ranked up to 10 and the gear is awakened. I'm trying to make an all-encompassing flow data about such so I can try to plan ahead for when I get preferred main legendary gems ranked up to know which others I ought to keep for future adding instead of crushing only to have to begin the hunt later after the fact. That being said... could you do a video or link to a good source(s) for such info? Thanks!
Fervant Fang you can also exchange 4x Mother's Lament of 4x Fervent . And this works also as a F2P buy you'll have to do a s ton of rifts. Here's a ideea for the next video , explaining the multiple ways you can exploit the rift as a f2p
question on everlasting torment you said here 4:01 that in addition for each mob under the effect of this gem you will get 6 percent attack speed. I tried it and it doesn't work bro. When I check my stats it only gives 6 percent attack speed no matter how many is affected by the gem is near me. Because if this will give you 6 percent attack speed per monster then you only need about 17 monsters to get 100 percent attack speed. That would make example wiz lasers super fast or any other channeling skill of any class. Can you verify this info. Thanks
I will try to since I never tested if it has any cap but for sure it has at some point. Doubt its 6 % though but who knows. In past it gave me quite significant amount however i didnt check stats. Just overall experience. Best option is to check frames or see it in time line. And as far as I know dots and channeling skills are not affected by atk speed. Am I wrong?
As long as you dont use channeled skills its not worth to use for any class. About additional armor reduction I cant be sure but I assume that it doesnt stack with other armor reduction effects from your sources and other players for same target.
@@Darkward137 i think it depends wchich one gem i will decide to change I have Zwenson Haunting rank 5 and i do not like this gem so probabbly will change this one, and Echo shade rank 4 I rank it because i drop a lot of Zwensons ... so to boost my Reso i had no choice just use it Echo shade was thinking to push slowly to rank 7 but. Also probabbly will change it Want to have in my gem build 3 gems 2* rank 10 ( gloom cask, fever fanh, and probabbly mother lament or another one with % damage boost )
@@KThuzad you still get dmg e.g if you have 500 res , it the same as having 24% dmg boosts or even more so just think carefully before you destroy them but if it 2 or 3/5 then maybe you can
@@Darkward137 When you defeat an enemy, a dark beast attacks nearby enemies, dealing 75% base damage + 486. Cannot occur more often than once every 6 seconds. You now have a 14% chance for an additional dark beast. [Rank 5] I think this gem is a joke if you compare it to other. Additionaly it works only close range. Definitely not going to increase your overall dps by 24%. And obviously it doesnt work for single target / boss fight etc. No idea how you put this gem over Mother lament.
@@vk.videos no I was taking about res not the effect and I know zwensons is bad .but I was looking at where he has upgraded to and star rating it will get him the same dmg ml gives if am not wrong, like his echo at rank 7 will beat ml but if not then yes I agree , crush lol
@@maxdeltorres5544Exactly! I have never said block chance is nerfed but other mechanic has been buffed. It actually makes no sense for me since we should have counter mechanics for anything.
Having this gem (Mothers lamenr) means you will be a stiff for the rest of your life. itching to hit a monster while you are walking or attacking 1 or 2 monster will activate the gem and the very long CD (20 seconds) will be in your face.
Thats why beneficial duration is crucial now. And 20 sec cd does not mean 20 sec gap. Btw if you one hit something then gems like clasp, fervent fang, seeping bile and some other ones dont give you any bonus.
@@vk.videoswell most people can’t even one shot trash mobs in new inferno difficult so fervent will always proc and ml is not extended by vithus so unless it does it still below PC and FF in PVE especially
@@Darkward137 never said it can be extended by Vithu's. Power and Command is a nearly useless choice for necromancers same as fervent fang since both dont work for summons. Also Power and Command in general seems ok but I have some concerns that it gives 50/50 to skill and primary damage. Statistically you gain like 50% of its bonus unless you use right skills/primary what isnt always possible.
