Glad you came back Home Free. This song was arranged by the beatboxer Adam Rupp who is a world class beatboxer. The ice cave was located in Minnesota. This and Mary Did You Know imho are their best traditional Christmas songs along with the one you listened last year. It's actually an ice castle that melted a lot. It was a warm winter. They cut the ice blocks from the lakes,then build a Disney castle with them. We have a whole festival celebrating winter.

Some things I was told about almost a year ago but I got the stuff this year. I think that your simple message to make somebody smile goes deeper than just you saying it. Maybe I’m biased because it reminds me of my childhood but Bing Crosby’s version is still my favorite. It still cheers me listening to it, especially the big finish. I always looked forward to hearing this song at Christmastime along with Nat King Cole’s, The Christmas Song; Jingle Bell Rock by Bobby Helms; White Christmas by Bing; Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer by Gene Autry; and more recently Lou Rawls’ jazzy, rockin’ version of, The Little Drummer boy.

Your channel has not only helped you open your eyes, but I, too, have discovered new lyrics and meaning in songs I had listened to for decades. As a former teacher I also have to add, the change in perspective is essential to helping kids discover how they learn. Ask them what do they want to know how to do and then figure how what are the skills they should master to do that. It keeps you from hearing "why do I need to know this". If stumped, change directions and fill in the blank: If I knew ______ I could answer the question. I've found the change in perspective helps kids figure out how to do problems that were not immediately familiar. Sorry so long winded, you know how we teachers are.

This is the best rendition of this song I’ve ever heard! I’ve listened to it so many times and I’m still amazed by their skills and talent. You guys should check out some of Home Free’s Christmas originals: Snow Globe and Full Of Cheer both written by Tim Foust (the bass) and Cold Hard Cash written by Austin Brown (the high tenor). Snow Globe is beautiful and both Cold Hard Cash and Full Of Cheer are hilarious.

I love that you guys have listened to Home free, and pentatonic, but I think you should also watch/listen to voice play! They are considered the theater kids of these three groups, and are a lot of fun. I love all three groups and they all have something unique to offer. Some good songs would be: The Greatest Showman Medley, If I were a rich man/woman, A chance to fly (wicked medley), boy bands in 5 minute. Those are just a few, but they have a lot of amazing covers, including some Disney movie covers that you could react to with your girls!

So you've now reacted to Home Free at least 5 times, but you've still reacted to Pentatonix only once. Is it because you have problems getting Pentatonix videos uploaded or is there another reason? If you want to hear Christmas songs from an acapella group, Pentatonix has 3-4 Christmas albums/CDs out. Try their version of Mary Do You Know, The Little Drummer Boy, O Come All Ye Faithful(done with an African Beat, really cool version), Dance of the Sugarplum Fairy(no lyrics, just music done with their voices. They also won a Grammy for this song)and a very cool version of My Favorite Things.
