Suspiciously sounds like an advert for Waterpik. What other brands might also be good? if other brands are horrible, tell us why.

My wife and I got a Waterpik WP-811E/WP-812E flosser with a toothbrush included, for a considerable amount of money in Europe. - First, the toothbrush stopped functioning after about 1.5y, it was charging, but when pressing the start button, it only made a noise internally at one of the speeds. Nothing else. - Then after about 1 more year (2.5y total), the flosser suddenly stopped working too, after a night before I used it with no issues. So it died while not in use. Probably the pump died, as it is completely dead when trying to turn it on. However, this machine has one of the worst-ever designs, I would not recommend it at all. If by any chance you forgot some water in the tank, or if that thin layer of water that could not be pumped remains inside, it condenses on the tank lid, because you use warmer water for your flossing. Next time when you open the lid to fill the tank, all that condensed water drips exactly onto the flosser buttons, and if not isolated well enough, probably in the machine too. This might be the 2-nd possible reason why the flosser died, if not the pump. Looking at the current models, the lid hinge remained on the same side over the tank, they just moved the buttons on the front corner, or more frontally, probably to avoid the exact same problem. The pressure was ok, I was usually using it at around 4th setting and rarely increased to 6-7 when I've eaten something that tends to "infiltrate" really bad, like popcorn. Sometimes tank was too small for my liking (600ml), but I've seen they have 800ml ones, so that might be more ok. But all in all, I would not recommend this brand/model due to its short life span and poor design. We probably used it 2-3 times a week at most, definitely not every day. I would have expected a lot more from such a premium-priced product.
