@@MANJYOMETHUNDER111 u mean the be challenge? Yeah but he uses different moves from the final boss fight and u gotta fight like 9 other fights to get there no one tryna do that
I did the same thing!! I gave Cloud his final limit break JUST before the final boss, after redoing his entire folio to afford it, and got it in combat for the first time right here, right after aerith fainted, as a perfect finishing touch to seal the deal. I watched the scene after the victory screen with my jaw dropped for like 5 minutes after. it was so satisfying.
Cloud really just chased after Sephiroth with his Level Three Limit Break and was like... *Where do you think you're going? You're taking this Limit Break!*
I just saw a video of someone doing a cinematic limit break clash in Remake, and now I get recommended this one for Rebirth lol Looking forward to see what people cook for part 3
That is sure one way to finish off a boss fight. I had the fortune to end the boss fight with Cloud's Cross-Slash Limit Break only before having Aerith use her ' Healing Wind' moments after Sephiroth used his one Nightmare finisher that brings both party member's health down to 1 HP. I was so fuckin happy when I finally defeated him.
One of the memorable Final boss experience for me. Down 1 hp with my atb 3/4 filled, I wash mashing the dodge button like no tomorrow waiting for that atb to fill so I can pop that elixir haha.
I did it even worse. I skipped the entire final part of the fight with a well timed limit break during stagger on top of as much damage as I could possibly output lol. He had killed me like 7 times though, so it was warranted.
Oh wow, the whirlwind's animation didn't slow down like everything else when Sephiroth started his final phase, so it ended way too early. Meaning you get a good shot of that final strike where it would otherwise be obscured!
I finished the end is nigh with finishing touch too...except it wasnt enough the first time, so i used aeriths limit to give me a second finishing touch right away.
am i tripping or does aerith have a faster dodge here? i havent found every item in the game or unlocked every ability, but i reallt dont remember this
I ended up doing both. Staggered him during his final attack, hit him with Finishing Touch, and he had a sliver of HP left and his stagger bar was almost out, so I hit him with a Firework Blade. Ending with both of those attacks was just so fitting.
Took me about 3 hours (and I'm like level 51) and somehow when he started doing the spinny arm thing i got him staggered and hit the jerk with Ascension 2 limit break ftw. It feels more like luck than anything because after he does spinny thing he instakills you with Osctoslash. Anyway done now
Nah the final boss is bullshit that looks like Sephiroth.just beat him and it took forever because of how much magic you NEED to beat him. Seriously physical attacks don't work well on him. Personally bumped my 10 opinion to a 9.8 from this fight alone
@matthewapril3119 Lol and what is wrong w using Magic? You should be doing that anyway, it's incredibly powerful in both games. If you're not using it then you should take yourself down from a 10 to a 9.8 cus it's you not the game 😅
@@skins4thewin Dunno, I don't remember Sephiroth being a self proclaimed South Park running gag who keeps doing inappropriate cameos just because Here it makes at least more sense compared to Remake, but they already did it once so I would've expected them to do something different this time
Yeah I did the same thing. I wasn't sure whether I should be in shock, laugh, or cry that I was allowed to restart that entire sequence with one button press. Seph was literally a few hits from death too lmao
On hard mode the game locks his HP on low health, so he only does "The End is Nigh" after that, i was about to kill him on stagger state, but the game locked his HP then "The end is Nigh" came right after and i died. So is kinda mandatory save the limit break to use after the HP lock thing, so you can counter this freaking move.
In normal it locks his health till after you can see it in the vid too haha, it’s just the last hit of finishing touch happened as soon as it wasn’t locked which was super lucky
@@ASrequiem it does, but as you can see, is just for a short moment and he lands "The end is Nigh" before the locks. On hard mode, he only does "The end is Nigh" after the HP lock. What i mean is, if it was on Hard mode your finishing touch would be eaten by the HP lock thing haha and then you'll probably die by "The end is nigh".
if your upset that it ain't like the OG then duh its obvs gonna be different and yet this is the best action-turn based system ive played ever and wish other turn based games be like it 🤣
