DIRECTION: formulate for easy mixing. add one scoop ( included ) to 5-6 fl. oz ( 150ml- 180ml ) of water, milk or your favorite beverage and mix thoroughly.

I went from 250 lbs to 190 lbs in 2 months. Here's how I did it starting with the supplements: men's multivitamin (daily), Kre Alkalyn (daily - pre & post), BCAA (daily - pre), ISO 100 with 4 oz Almond Milk 1 scoop protein (4 servings throughout the day as meal and snack replacements). I end my days with salmon and spinach by 6 pm. Also, I only drink water. I start my workouts at 8 pm 6 days a wk. My workouts are conditioning and strength-focused for full-body recomp. Whatever your max weight is, cut that in half, double your reps then add 10 more reps at 4 sets tough guy. I end my workout routine with a weighted 30-sec sprint and a cold shower. I start my mornings with 30 min yoga sesh, weighted sprint, a cold shower, and protein shake with mixed berries. This has completely sculpted my body. I've recently started the vitamin c drips for recovery. I won't lie, it takes a little time, a little money but mostly effort. In the end, it's all worth the reward.
Look into playing pickleball lol im trying to gain weight and lift but finding myself annoyed that I’m losing 800-1100 calories when I play for over 2 hours in a day but it’s too fun to not do
" Whatever your max weight is, cut that in half, double your reps then add 10 more reps at 4 sets" your max weight was 250 cut that in half its 125, double it its 250, add 10 reps thats 260. am i missing something? im around the same weight and am intrigued. but what the fuck do you mean haha
How many time can u drink this in a day? Or is it just once a day? No clue. My first time trying protein shake. I just started working out and somebody recommended me this. Thanks!
It depends on what you want, if you just want to cover your daily protein need, take one gram of protein for every one kilo of your weight, but if you want to build muscle, take 1.5 to 2 grams of protein for every one kilo of your weight.
Just got the coca one and I though I was trippen bc it didn’t seem like enough liquid and protein. I used bsn protein before and the directions were 3 scoops and 16fl oz so this seemed bare minimum to me
Different powders have different size scoops also. My last protein powder recommend serving size was 2 scoops. The scoop cup was smaller than the scoop for this protein powder though.
If you're trying to lose weight I recommend mixing it with water, it'll help burn calories faster, but other than that you can use milk. I recommend coconut milk
