These look delicious and easy! So.ething I made many times when I was a student: Melba toast Hot mustard Bean sprouts Thin slice of cheddar cheese Pile last 3 ingredients on melba toast. Place under broiler until cheese melts. Obviously this can be modified for different diets or preferences.

So glad to lesrn different ways of preparing and cooking sprouts. My family only stir fry it with green onions and sliced tokua (hard bean cake).

In the salad u can also add peanut, pomegranate and melon seeds for additional crunch.

My fave beans -- mung beans or monggo. If boiled, just drain the beans, add milk and some sugar. So delicious as breakfast or snack.
