I am from Croatia. Our flag has a very deep meaning. Blue represents the sea and red the sunset ... the coat of arms has 25 fields like a field on a chessboard. Above the chessboard there are 5 small coats of arms representing Croatia. One represents the first Croatian coat of arms, the second Dalmatia, the third Slavonia, the fourth the former state of Dubrovnik and the fifth but no less important represents Istria. Just so you know.
I am from Nepal and i would like to give all information about our flag is that it is made in two triangle:) red coulour in our flag represent how brave are we and blue represent peace and how people live together with a good harmony:)And the sun and moon represent that Nepal will remain on unniverse until the sun and moon are on our universe:)I respect all countries and their flag too but for me our falg is unique on the world.

By the way, the romanian flag and Andorra’s flag were officially adopted in 1866, Moldova’s flag was officially adopted in 1990 and Chad’s flag was officially adopted in 1959. History is simple

This "Rising Sun" Japanese flag was never official flag of Japanese state. It was used officialy in millitary and modern navy in Japan still uses it, so "bringing it back" makes no sense.

Fun Fact: The eagle and snake on the cactus on Mexico's flag actually has history to it from the Aztecs... I believe it was said that the Aztecs saw a eagle eating a snake atop of the cactus in the middle of a lake, which was where they had decided to build their settlement on the water. I'm just saying bc I personally really like Mexico's flag and bc not a lot of people know that. Edit: thank you for the people who corrected me. In my opinion, there are more beautiful flags (like Brazil's flag) and there would be no way to have a competition because this is literally the opinion of each one.

The flag he thought was the USA’s flag is actually Liberia. Count the amount of stripes. USA has 13 and Liberia has 11. I don’t blame him though, it was cropped and he probably didn’t notice the slight difference in the number of stripes.

I think Norway, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands automatically deserve to be higher than Finland, Sweden and Denmark just because they're more complicated but not too complicated. Also, they get the color scheme correctly
