@@GiraffeNeckMarc lol Ik I'm just a bit upset still and they really shouldve traded him tho even with the situation that we are in with not competing for the playoffs
You’re not alone in being surprised by how Milwaukee’s trade acquisitions have turned out so far. I too have been really surprised. I thought they were desperate moves at first. And I’m a Brewers fan.
I love Greinke. He's so good no matter where he goes. He shut down in LA, he moves to Arizona and people predict he's going to tank - he shuts down there, he goes to Houston and he's part of one of the nastiest rotations in the modern era. I know he's anxious, but dude's legit one of the best underrated pitchers around.
I understand this is kinda in poor taste. But some like Felipe could fw almost anyone besides like a list celebs (being that he’s a successful millionaire mlb player) but yet he decides to TRY to fw some 15 year old like wtf man!?!
Dude imagine saying Puig and Reyes did not help the tribe when they both have been key part of the lineup behind Lindor and Santana so this guy has no idea what he is talking about it’s one reason why they are still in the playoff hunt
Martin has been lights out for the braves after his first five outings which he struggled in those inflated the era and braves also traded for Greene and melancon
Do a video about the actual statistical value of the stolen base. Like atm ronald acuna is on pace to go 40/40 but he wont win the mvp, which seems crazy, but its not considering the new stigmas surrounding the risk of stealing bases and how much it costs to lose baserunners
Marc, I cant believe when we bring up the braves trade that Chris Martin was where you went with it...hes done average at best BUT the braves also acquired Mark Melancon and Shane Greene who have totally dominated in Atlanta and literally turned that bullpen from a wreck to elite. I'm not disagreeing with your opinion of Martin but how do you look over Melancon and Greene and the HUGE turn around in numbers the Braves bullpen are putting up?
Can you make a video on whether or not Alex bregman is mvp cause he is probably the only one that can challenge him cause he has more Walks and avg and games while playing for a contender and Alex that could change even more depending on his home runs and obp
AL teams have a way easier schedule because of all of the terrible rebuilding teams: white sox, tigers, royals, rangers, angels, mariners, orioles, blue jays, and sorta the red sox right now but they are still good... for the NL there is the pirates, rockies, and marlins!
ShowiestZebra not necessarily, the sinker is a very effective pitch because since it looks like a fastball hitter will swing at it early in the count and since it is low in the zone it generally produces more ground ball outs early in counts which saves a pitchers arm opposed to a strike out which uses minimum of 3 pitches so if pitchers can consistently get ground ball outs it is much more efficient then reliably getting strikeouts
you just know Andrew Cashner being traded wasnt good when the Orioles raked off him. and he was one of the better starters in the first half of the season too
Nah dude you are wrong about the Indians trade. Bauer was a nutcase and was bringing down his teammates with his on field antics. Plus when you look at the Indians farm prospects, starting pitching is not an issue for the Indians. They have been able to restructure their starting five mid season very easily, and they a promising future of Clevinger, Bieber, Pleasac, Civale, and maybe Plutko or whoever else fits. Bottom line is that we did not need Bauer and we really did not want him because of his arbitration holds and his antics. Whatever we get out of Puig is a bonus honestly, and on the other hand Reyes looks like he will be an Encarnacion type player only younger... So the Indians killed this trade
