Honestly my favorite version is the unplugged version... all four original members playing it their way... Ace Frehley put a sick-ass solo on it!!! Just shows how awesome and creative Ace Frehley is and the magic that all four original members have. But I also have to admit that I like the way Eric singer and Eric Carr both sing that song. Eric Carr did a great job on smashes thrashes and hits. Eric singer still does a great job singing it
The legendary Neil Pert said that Peter had the best voice by far of any drummer ever, and mind you Neil had a good voice and sang a lot of Rush songs 🎵!!!!
Peter, all day long! Beth is his song, no one else's. And I love the acoustic versions (from MTV's Unplugged best of all and, yes, Kiss Meets the Phantom of the Park) best.
R.I.P ERIC CARR UN BATeRISTA DE TALLA ALTA Brooklyn 🇺🇸(12 07 1950-nov 1991) Fue el baterista de la banda de HarD RocK KiSS.🇺🇸RECORDADO ERIC⚡🤘⚡👊⚡⭐🥁🥁The FoX DRUMS ONLY!!
Eric Carr's voice fits Beth perfectly in my opinion, but I also love the Peter Criss original damn it, it's his theme song after all! and I also like performing a song by Eric Singer love them all, rest in peace our lovely Fox 🦊❤️
This is awesome!!! KISS if you're ever reading these comments please do this for the End of the road tour! All three each taking a verse of Beth!!!!! Please do this!!!
Peter sings as a rocker who can't make it home, whereas Eric Carr sings it like he wishes he could. Eric Singer has run away from home with Peters makeup artist.
To this day, I still stay Peter Chris should have had more song leads. Love Peter's gravelly yet smooth voice. My pick Vocal: 1. Peter Chris 2. Eric Singer 3. Eric Carr Drum player: 1. Eric Carr 2. Eric Singer 3. Peter Chris As a fan I would pick Peter just because, but from a true technical music stand point, that is the honesty.
I think Peter has a good voice for this because the raspy voice fits in with his look and with the feeling he puts off in the live version you can see it in his eyes. Eric C. does good but I really don’t find the feeling I have when I hear Peter’s but he still does really good Eric S. well same with Eric C. but his voice is a mix between Eric C and Peter’s and I really don’t feel the moods from both Peter and Eric C gives off
Nothing beats the original. Peter just sings his heart out. Eric Carr never even wanted to do this song. Eric Singer is just a poor copy of a copy of a copy.
Eric Carr was by far their best drummer with the best voice... However, the Peter version has so much character to it. It isn't better than the Carr version technically, but it is a better fit... If that makes sense...
Eric Carr was a great singer, but his voice was (too pretty) for Kiss. Agreed on the drums 100% his was the best drummer, just being honest and as much as it kills me to say, Eric Singer is also a better drummer than Peter.
@@djcrash7047 Very well said. Eric Carr was simply amazing & I still miss him. But, I couldn't have thought of a better drummer than Singer to pick up the sticks for "Revenge" & beyond. 🤘😎🤘
Considering the fact that peter had to record this song multiple times to get the track and had a two co writers on the song This is my list 1. Eric Carr 2. Peter criss 3. Eric singer
