to je pro vás Hello, I'm a KISS fan and I don't accept this video because they don't copy it 🖤 I love KISS and it means a lot to me, I hope I can thank you too 🌹 KISS 🤍🌹🖤
No-one else in Kiss comes close to this version...Eric Singer may try but typical money hungry Gene & Paul taking Wicked Lester & Hiring 2 guys to copy Peter & Ace & try to impersonate them & sing their signature songs...I'm sorry but Kiss was done years ago.....and I was a kiss fan...shot voices, out of shape & miming to backup music....a music sin
I think it bothers him that Peter made a thing about it when he brought some pieces of a song written by him and Penridge to then band which, Bob Ezrin rewrote and turned into a whole song. Peter doesnt play piano or guitar. So the who thing is suspect.
It was 1974 when I attended my first and only concert Kiss. I was a youngster at 17. It was a crazy, crazy night. I’m 66 now and thinking of that night, way back then? It was memorable, oh to be youthful again. KISS ARMY
Okay, I'll go ahead and point it out... and later they had a hit with a song titled "Crazy Crazy Nights". I'm assuming you were punning, but if not, then 😄
I remember my first time had no tickets to their concert and then I get a phone call and all I heard was we are going to kiss get ready , was the most awesome concert
Paul: screws up the mood Ace: Paul! Paul: Hold on, I'm fixing it. Peter: Gene looks pissed Gene: Nice going Paul, had one job.(roles eyes in disgust) LOL
Love or hate it, this song is what broke KISS to the mainstream. It also taught hard rock bands everywhere that you need a hit single to make & that it should probably be a ballad.
Class of '77 kid here. I dated a girl named Beth back in those days. A friend called me decades later to tell me she passed away. She was barely 37. Im 65 today and can see her face clear as cool mountain stream. It's hard to make sense of life sometimes, but I'm so glad I have good memories. 🫂❤️
This has always been one of my favorite songs. Nobody can sign it better than Petter Criss. It's so simple and beautiful. I just love the way he sings it.
This was the first song I danced with a boy named Walter Grevett ( Hamilton Ont. ) . I still to this day remember how he looked and what he wore that night at the school dance. I was so nervous and he became my first boyfriend. 6 months after we moved to another province and I never saw him again. Am now 58 and still think about him and where he is everytime I hear this song.
I went to KISS concert at Capitol Centre in 1977 and Beth was the last song after the encore. Many lit lighter fire in the air and Peter received huge applause after the song ended. I admired him for the song which will always be remembered.
We did that with my grand daughter!!! My daughter had never heard this song until I was in the barn one late night and it was late late and she heard me blasting a KISS marathon and when Beth came on she was tellin me about bed time @ about 8.5 months along and said wow dad what a beautiful vocal song who is that she said... My grand daughter is named MARY BETH. She prefers BETH... She is now built like a burlap bag full of Bobcats. She wows everyone even ole grand pop just standin still she stuns me & everyone else that looks at her... My daughter says it's not her daughter they mixed something up at the hospital. I keep tellin her she might have to deal with me over that... The kid is smart & beautiful named all because of this song.. Thank U Peter Criss!!!!
LISTENING TO THIS TODAY, BRINGS A TEAR TO MY EYE, LAMENTING DAYS GONE BY, WHEN THE WORLD WAS RIGHT, LISTENING TO KISS ALL NIGHT... NOTHING LAST'S FOREVER, SURE KISS WILL, PAUL, GENE, PETER, AND ACE, WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE US A THRILL. MISSING YOU GUY'S SO MUCH, THE SONGS, THE MUSIC, THE LAUGHTER, AND JOY, THE DAYS OF MY YOUTH LISTENING TO YOU BOYS. WISHING U ALL THE BEST, WITH A HUG, AND A KISS! : )
The 70's rock was the best. I grew up as a teen in the 80's and loved that as well, but the 70's had many bands at there peak, it was UN believable. The early eighties had the best Hard rock bands period. The 70's were magical. Had all different types of bands all equally awesome.
My first concert was the final tour before they split, I was 17. My daughter's first concert at13 was their reunion tour 96/97. This coming November My daughter and I are taking my 13 year old grandson to see his first concert, which will be one of the last stops on the End of the road tour. Exciting and bittersweet ❤❤❤❤❤❤
My favorite song also...but truly it is not a KISS song it is a Peter Criss song...Paul and Gene hated it and never showed up the the studio when Peter rexorded it.
@@michaelhargrove5111 oh Peter was ALWAYS my favorite! His solo album was the 1st one I got for Christmas 🎁! I was still in grade school and my parents bought it for me, cause I used to do a Gene Simmons impersonation and they got a kick outta it! LoL I grew up with music my whole life and I was exposed to all genres... My Dad played the organ by ear, and had a 4track that he'd use and edit and he had microphones galore and those old school headphones too 🎧 he had an awesome stereo system too, it has that little window where you could see those lines move to the sounds... It had a 2 cassette player just everything! When he sang, he sounded like Elvis with his own own voice, so he coulda been a great musician if he had pursued it... Oh those were the days ‼️ I know what they did to Peter and Ace and it was so mean‼️ W/o those 2 Kiss would be no where ‼️ I don't really listen to them, with the imposters . I just listen to their old stuff with PC & AF 🤘🏻 🎸🎶🎵🥁 🎵🎶
As a kid id watch this movie on tv around halloween and loved it. TRIED watching it a few years back and wished id gouged my eyes out, OMG it was bad. Still my lifetime favorite band but wow was this movie a cheesefest.
I remember giving my girlfriend (1989) a cassette with this song. I had hoped it would help her understand why her 19 year old boyfriend (she was 23) and his nonstop rocking, partying, cute & super athletic & always on the move ways kept them apart so much... She left me!
When I was in 5th grade, when this song was popular. There was a girl one of my classes that was named Beth. Everyone sang thins song to her until she was sick of it.
Same! It's my favorite off Destroyer! That, Detroit Rock City, Shout It Out Loud, God of Thunder, and King of the Night Time World are my favorites from the album.
@@thekingsilverado3266 I was just kidding around. This old fart remembers when this song first came out. I grew up threw the 70's good times and good music too. ✌️🥸
16 when I used to listen to it every day. 49 now. Haven't had the Chance for more than 33 yrs to listen to Beth....or Kiss. Cry. That's life...but I can listen to it again....another life another Person another world. Kiss you all
Beth, I hear you calling But I can't come home right now Me and the boys are playing And we just can't find the sound Just a few more hours And I'll be right home to you I think I hear them calling Oh Beth, what can I do? Beth, what can I do? You say you feel so empty That our house just ain't a home That I'm always somewhere else And you're always there alone Just a few more hours And I'll be right home to you I think I hear them calling Oh Beth, what can I do? Beth, what can I do? Beth, I know you're lonely And I hope you'll be alright 'Cause me and the boys will be playing all night
