Hello my name is Patrick thank you for all the wonderful videos. I always watch because I’m trying to build a Mongolian BBQ restaurant in the Philippines. I live in the US but I also live in the Philippines with my wife. Her family is from the Philippines and we want to start a family business and we couldn’t think of a better restaurant then something that’s not really done over there. me and my wife were hopeful that we could visit with you online or in person and have you help us put together all the sauces needed if it were even possible to do that. We couldn’t think of a better person because you really know how to cook and I feel inspired by your Skills in cooking. When we have gone to Mongolian grills here in the US we are always curious how they do the Mongolian barbecue sauce and the garlic sauce the curry sauce the ginger sauce the Mongolian hot oil sauce the oyster sauce etc. we thank you kindly for any response!
