That either speaks to the quality of the teachers in your church experience and/or your lack of receptivity to the truth. Either way, Christianity is not the issue.
You fail to deliver truth as your judaizer forefathers did, because you are base conscience sons of Satan. Like your forefathers that killed the Prince of Peace, you do so a second time. Christ said my yoke is easy, learn about me. Was Christ teaching the Mosaic laws or did he come to take it down, for the good news of the heavenly kingdom? Matthew 4:23 [23]And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people. I suspect many of you ignorant brothers did poor in school, much do to you studying the wrong test material, as you do with the test for salvation. You will not be judged against how well you kept the Mosaic laws, but how well you kept the almighty God, the everlasting fathers laws, the fruit of the spirit, given in the gospel. Romans 2:16 [16]In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel. The GOSPEL not Moses laws. Oh, Israel do you hear Christ, the gospel is the test material. The test, change your conduct and behavior, to LOVE. Repent, humble yourselves, walk away from your wicked ways, seek Christ, and live by the fruit of the spirit. Gal. 5:22-23
@@otispage4 You say these things because you have not the mind of Christ. Matthew 5:43-45 [43]Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. [44]But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; [45]That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

Those that are wicked and hate God hate his word this I'd why they are against these profits. Their anger is coming from the fact that they know their time is short and that everything these profits day is coming to pass.
What they did wrong is they changed the meaning of the verse. That was not what Paul was telling us. Titus 3:8 meaning Here, Paul refers to the poetic statement running from verses 4-7 as "trustworthy." Salvation by grace through faith was Paul's core teaching. He had personally experienced God's grace on the road to Damascus (Acts 9). Paul knew his changed life was not the result of his many works as a devout Jew, but was the result of God's grace (Ephesians 2:8-9). Paul told Titus to "insist," or demand, these teachings. These were not preferences, but core points of the earliest Christian church. The purpose of holding to these foundations was to cause believers to make a purposeful commitment to doing good deeds. These good works do not earn salvation; good works are the result of salvation. A person changed by God will seek to live for Him. Paul affirmed that these things were "beneficial," or "profitable," for all people. This is not meant in the sense of money, but that healthy, sound doctrine was beneficial to the church. By comparison, the unhealthy teachings of the false teachers on Crete were poisonous.

We are not saved by keeping the law. The speaker in the video is turning Titus 3 on its head. For we ourselves were once foolish, disobedient, led astray, slaves to various passions and pleasures, passing our days in malice and envy, hated by others and hating one another. But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that being justified by his grace we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. (Titus 3:3-7 ESVi)
@@HebrewJerusalemPrince777 Let me repeat this again: by the WORKS of the law no one is made righteous before God. Instead, by faith alone we are justified before God but that faith is not alone;) Comprende compadre?
@@HebrewJerusalemPrince777 Faith without works is dead. But the works that faith produce don't justify anyone; instead, they are the evidence that one has been truly justified by faith in Christ.
Romans 8:7 because the carnal mind is enmity against GOD: for it is NOT subject to the law of GOD, neither indeed can be. (8) So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
Here's why context kills false doctrine: Titus 3:1-11 NASB REMIND THEM to be subject to rulers, to authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good deed, [2] *to malign no one, to be peaceable, gentle, showing every consideration for all men.* [3] For we also once were foolish ourselves, disobedient, deceived, enslaved to various lusts and pleasures, spending our life in malice and envy, hateful, hating one another. [4] But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, [5] He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, [6] whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, [7] so that being justified by His grace we would be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. [8] This is a trustworthy statement; and concerning these things I want you to speak confidently, so that those who have believed God will be careful to engage in good deeds. These things are good and profitable for men. [9] *But avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and strife and disputes about the Law, for they are unprofitable and worthless.* [10] Reject a factious man after a first and second warning, [11] knowing that such a man is perverted and is sinning, being self-condemned. The writings of the Apostle Paul didn't affirm nothing about Legalism, which the fake BHI false teacher tried to say. Everything written from verses 1-7 are summed up in the conclusion of verse 8. This is how you can tell the difference between Exegesis and Eisegesis when you know the text of Scripture!
The Bible was written only for ISREALITES. ONLY FOR ISREAL. THE 12 TRIBES. so when we follow the laws Christians say we don't have to. We become legal with God. As it is written : 2 Esdras 9:9-12 (KJV) 9 Then shall they be in pitiful case, which now have abused my ways: and they that have cast them away despitefully shall dwell in torments. 10 For such as in their life have received benefits, and have not known me; 11 And they that have 👉🏾loathed my law, 👉🏾while they had yet liberty, and, when as yet place of repentance was open unto them, 👉🏾understood not, but despised it; 12 The same must know it after death by pain.
@Blaquesoul1906 These verses have no bearing have on Titus 3. The “good works” cannot be the Mosaic law because no one can justified by the “works of the law” or sanctified by it. - About justification Knowing that a man is 👉🏾not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ👈🏾, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. (Galatians 2:16 KJV) - About sanctification O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? 👉🏾Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?👈🏾 (Galatians 3:1-3 KJV) What are the good works? Good works are practical acts of love that meet people’s needs. In verse 8, speaking about good works, Paul says, “These things are excellent and profitable for people.” Unlike “foolish controversies” and “quarrels about the law” (v. 9), good works help people. Then there’s verse 14, where Paul says, “Let our people learn to devote themselves to good works, so as to help cases of urgent need.” You see a need, and in love you try to meet it-that’s a good work. Good works are the overflow of love for Christ that meets the needs of others.
@@CaldwellApologetics animal sacrifice is replaced with Christ - but you still keep the law. He even quoted Paul in Romans when he called the law holy and good. Even your explanation of it meaning love just means applying the commandments. All road leads to Gods commandments-even Christ is the law made flesh … you just don’t make any sense outside of your own indoctrinated mind
@@hollyfield100 1. There is absolutely no Scripture that states Christ replaced the “law of animal sacrifice.” None. Moreover, there are a couple of unassailable problems with your thesis. Firstly, the law is viewed in Scripture as a UNIT (James 2:10, Deuteronomy 27:26, Galatians 3:10). Secondly, the Levitical priesthood was the administration used for giving of the Mosaic law (Hebrews 7:11). There was no provision for priests from the line of Judah in the Mosaic law (v. 14). Hence the Mosaic legislation coincided with and was inseparable from the provision of a priestly system. Again, since the Scriptures know nothing of the systematic theological distinction between moral, judicial and ceremonial law, the term “law” here must refer to the Mosaic Covenant in its entirety. There is no indication that the author considered the law regulating the priesthood as a law of operation that could be separated from the whole fabric of the old covenant. When Jesus came and was established as a better priest and the mediator of a better covenant, the law or the old covenant came to an end. If that covenant were still in force, Jesus could not perform his office as our High Priest. 2. As Romans 7 states that the Mosaic law is good, holy and righteous. Bravo 👏 Yet what is Paul’s treatise in that chapter. It is simply that the law does not have the ability to justify or sanctify. It only exacerbates sin (Romans 7:8-10). God’s righteousness ultimately reveals the depths of man’s unrighteousness and our just condemnation (Romans 3:5) and ultimately our need for grace and mercy. Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? (Romans 7:24 ESVi) 3. In regards to the commandments, the follower of Christ must keep the commandments (John 14:15). But which commandments are in view? The commandments of the Mosaic law? No. We have already established that the Mosaic law is no longer operative. Jesus Christ gives his followers the commandment to love one another as he had loved them (John 13:34); this brings the Mosaic law to its intended goal (Romans 10:4, Matthew 5:21). 4. Christ is the law made flesh? Absolutely not. None of the OT prophets or NT authors describe Christ in that manner. Jesus was not merely the best exegete of the Mosaic law; he was the very telos of the Mosaic law because Jesus fulfilled the law’s aims - love God and love neighbor. Furthermore, LOGOS is not equivalent to TORAH. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. (John 1:14, 17 ESVi)
Literally every verse before and after verse 8 destroy the entire BHI doctrine lol Titus 3:5-7 (HCSB): He saved us - not by works of righteousness that we had done, but according to His mercy, through the washing of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit. 6 He poured out this Spirit on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, 7 so that having been justified by His grace, we may become heirs with the hope of eternal life. Titus 3:9-11 (HCSB): 9 But avoid foolish debates, genealogies, quarrels, and disputes about the law, for they are unprofitable and worthless. 10 Reject a divisive person after a first and second warning, 11 knowing that such a person is perverted and sins, being self-condemned
@@dthrust9037 you say that as if you can “keep the law”…but that’s neither here nor there. We’re talking about how one is justified before God. Here is one of many verses Galatians 3:10-13 10 For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse, because it is written: Everyone who does not continue doing everything written in the book of the law is cursed. 11 Now it is clear that no one is justified before God by the law, because the righteous will live by faith. 12 But the law is not based on faith; instead, the one who does these things will live by them. 13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us
@@CaldwellApologetics they don't go off there own understanding they read the bible precept upon precept line upon line to get the true understanding of it and man things they say are very true
@@CaldwellApologetics Isaiah 28:10 let's you know how to read the bible so you can understand the scriptures so I rather let God words be true and all of humanity a lier
This is a clear case of eisegesis. Noting within the context of that verse refer to the "Law." Where is the gospel of the grace of God? Paul said, "....ye are become dead to the law by the body of Christ..." -Romans 7:4
Why then are the Gentiles judged by God? For all who have sinned without the law will also perish without the law, and all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law. For it is not the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the law who will be justified. For when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do what the law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the law. They show that the work of the law is written on their hearts, while their conscience also bears witness, and their conflicting thoughts accuse or even excuse them on that day when, according to my gospel, God judges the secrets of men by Christ Jesus. (Romans 2:12-16 ESVi)
@@CaldwellApologetics the gentiles aren’t being judged for breaking the law because they do not have a covenant with God that requires them to keep the law. If they keep the law, then that is a good thing. Be mindful that as a gentile, you don’t have salvation via the Messiah, that is only for Israelites. Once the kingdom is established, the Israelites will teach the nations. Thereby being a light unto the gentiles. Matthew 15:24 “But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” Roman 9:4 “Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises;”. 2 Esdras 6:9 “2 Esdras 6:9 For Esau is the end of the world, and Jacob is the beginning of it that followeth.” If you are a gentile, it may be wise to tread lightly considering, in all likelihood, you been taught a westernized version of Christianity which a perversion of the truth in terms of doctrine and practice.
@The_Book_of_Obadiah What standard does God use to judge the Gentiles? Consider this verse. What was God’s basis for judging these non-Israelites? What did they commit? And ye shall not 👉🏾walk in the manners of the nation👈🏾, which I cast out before you: for 👉🏾they committed all these things👈🏾, and therefore I abhorred them. (Leviticus 20:23 KJV)
@@CaldwellApologetics gentiles are judged by how they treat, the children of TMH, the Israelites. And the track record of the gentiles is very, very bad. Especially the western nation. Genesis 12:3 “And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” Again, your judgment, blessings and curses are contingent on how you treat his people. That leads to the question as to who his people are. Deuteronomy 28:68 “And the LORD shall bring thee into Egypt (captivity)again with ships (Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade), by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and no man shall buy you (redeem). Isaiah 11:12 “And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.” So those people that went into captivity all over the earth are the true House of Judah. Now how do the gentiles treat us? Slavery, Jim Crow, Segregation, redlining, mass incarceration, disparate education and healthcare and no reparations. Are seeds of blessings or curses being sown?
I’m so confused on this video … it’s short and seems there to be more… I am confused on why he’s talking about legalism though and making it equal to good works…
This is beyond ludicrous! Legalism is a good thing!! Whaaat! Just when ya think they get any worse, they go the extra mile!! Have they not read Galatians! Romans! UNBELIEVABLE
If you call placing an Israel-centric grid over the text reading, then they have “read” Galatians and Romans. Any attempt at correction is castigated as Eurocentric propaganda. It is a sad affair indeed.
They forgot the next verse. Titus 3:9 But avoid foolish disputes, genealogies, contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and useless.
The gospel is a law. The Law of Moses cannot help you. There is no remission of sins under the Law. Paul said in Romans chapter 8; For the Law of liberty of life in Christ Jesus had made me free from the Law of sin and death. Paul said in Hebrews; He that despised Moses law died without mercy under two or three witnesses. Jesus came to seek and to save that which is lost. Not by the works of the Law, but by faith in Christ Jesus.
But why did he not go to verse 9? I have a good idea why he didn’t!🤷🏾♂️ “But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.” Titus 3:9 KJV Because it just canceled out what he just said.✊🏽
This is why its false ,thats not about the law ,lying and twisting Gods word ,that chapter was about Grace 4,5,6,7,8, of the same chapter tells you that, Liers And God will repay
