I'm a complex 6 and I learned when I'm going down the rabbit hole of what could go wrong, I need to arrest my brain and say what if this went well. It's like root canal for me but it has brought wholeness to my thought processes. My friend said isn't this like toxic positivity, I said a 6 can't even fathom toxic positivity because our brain can't help but see the worst-case scenarios.
