Join us on the Manitou Incline and beyond.
Did you know that the Manitou Incline is on the slope of another mountain? It's known as "Rocky Mountain". Historically, folks would scramble up the side of the mountain to gain EPIC views of Pikes Peak. Just follow the trail beyond the incline. One thing I wouldn't recommend, unless you want an awfully long day, is hiking or running down Long's Ranch Road. But, apparently we enjoy the struggle bus. Cheers.

Fun video and new subscriber! I live up in Norther Colorado (Loveland) and have yet to do the incline. One of these days, maybe I'll do the incline and from there, might as well go to the top of Pikes Peak too ;-)

Thank you for subscribing! That sounds like a great adventure to link the two. I definitely recommend the incline at least once in life lol! Sometimes it's a nice way to bypass most of lower Barr Trail. Cheers!

We typically go year-round, but this particular time it was in late November. Cheers!

My wife and I are planning a trip for 1st week of june and I was wondering what the weather is like for that time of year? If you you know of course?

It can definitely vary. Best bet that time of year is to go as early as possible to avoid any thunderstorms that regularly flare up in the afternoons here!
