Standalone mod that re-equips the Clone Commando with the DC-17m Sniper and the DC-15s Sidearm, giving them their full weapons kit from Republic Commando.
Figured that with Battlefront Plus now having both of those blasters available to the troopers, this would be something people would want. This is NOT INCLUDED in Battlefront Plus but it is compatible. As shown here, I am playing this mod with Battlefront Plus V8 (releases this Friday) and Instant Action Overhaul XL.

So regarding why this won't be in BF+, I think the Clone Commando is already one of the best designed units in the game. It's certainly one of my favorites and is pretty well balanced too. I don't see any need to shake that up, just figured that with the assets we had and one particularly boring day, I may as well have made it.

Some bugs have been fixed, like Finn's Big Deal having an unlimited boost to allies, but I've not really kept track of other stuff getting fixed. Thanks! And uhh... too late on that last part lol

This what the commando load out and abilities should of been, having the damage reduction ability is the reason it takes an hour to even start the commandos health regeneration after taking damage, and the the repulse attack is useless because its broken, it always glitches and works half the time

Let me be plain with you. We make these mods for fun, not because "It's what DICE should have done." Comments like that are insulting to our efforts just as much as they are to DICE's. They made the game to begin with, everything we make is built off of their work. There are things they did/didn't do that I strongly disagree with, but past fixing the game from the egregious loot box shit at launch and improving stability, the only thing DICE should have done is what they wanted to. In the creative realm, the only obligation creators should have is fulfilling their own ambitions. In other words, just appreciate our work for what it is, not as some imagined correction of the game devs.

@@TheSpartanCV lol what kind of reply is that? I'm not aloud to have criticism of a game? Do know how many glitches are still in the game. Stop acting if its a perfect game. There's still issues and unbalancing to the game. And why is " its what dice should of done" insulting to you? I'm not saying anything about ur mod its brilliant but why so offended? and be very specific please because I would love to know why someone would be offended from someone complementing thier work.

We absolutely would love for this mod to be included in the next update for battlefront plus, or at least as a separate mod in nexus, because I couldn't find it there, and it looks so awesome, and I want to try it.

Also i have a simple mod request that was gonna try to make, but now i dont really have the time. All it is gave a melle hit marker the headshot marker if its a backhit that does extra damage. I always want to know when im actually doing the extra backhit damagr and when im not.

I like the vanilla one more. It was built with a more focused play style, whereas this is just a bunch of different weapons on one kit with no real sense of purpose. It's kinda just fan-service, there's nothing very interesting going on with it in execution, so I can see why DICE didn't do it themselves.

Hey! Love your work on this and Battlefront+ in general! I was wondering what you think about the idea of generally giving reinforcements their own sidearm as well! The DC-15s for the Republic Commando, the DC-17 for the Clone Sharpshooter and the SE-14r for the Deathtrooper come to mind. Though I have no idea modding-wise how easy it would be to add the sidearm feature to reinforcements as well. What is your opinion on this as the creator of the Gameplay Rework mod?

IAO XL BF+ (IAO version) There are instabilities between the 2 in V7, but they'll by largely fixed come V8 this Friday.
