Do not apologize. Financial problems are so stressful and emotionally draining. So, when you finally have some room you feel as if you can take a breath it is such a relief. Those were good and needed tears. Just think of us as your additional support group. Keep going, you're doing great.

@@BudgetTreasures I was so surprised when I started the no spend challenge in May. I was really behind and overdrawn and my budget was such a mess. It was a shock to realize how much money I was blowing on empty things! ROCK BOTTOM! I’m still climbing, and it’s so hard because it’s summer and I want to go out! Have fun in the sun! But like you were saying, I’m starting to see that tiny bit of light. So, I keep telling myself when I’m deep in FOMO, “just not right now.” Love your videos! 💗 Thanks so much for the brutal honesty and showing up for us even when the budget doesn’t balance. Mine hasn’t started to yet, but the buffer is such a great idea. I’m going to try that out!

I feel like sometimes there is not a light at the end of the tunnel. Every week seeing I have more bills then 💰 and all of overtime 💰 is just going to bills is discouraging at times. Every time I feel like i am making progress then something happens like my car decides to break down or something comes out that I want to buy. At times I really want to give up and say I don't care but when I have those moments I just let myself feel it and the feeling eventually passes. This budgeting journey is a struggle.

I am drowning in debt I have had no choice in going into to survive and get the education I needed to do my passion (teaching). Thanks for showing real life. @@BudgetTreasuresyep I cut out doing my nails- only for special occasions now. And I get my hair done once a year. Do my hair myself. Sacrifice now so I can live stress free later. To think all this could be fixed if our pay checks went up and the cost of living came down. They really squeezing the everyday regular people- while the wealthy get deals and freebies. It IS hard. I see my friends around me living their best life and I have to say no to a lot of things. Sure, could I make the room in the budget to do some things? Yes, but then I end up spending more that planned and it slows down my progress in general. I get discouraged when I think, “I gotta do this for HOW much longer?” 😮‍💨😩 I have to remember the big picture and that I am giving myself peace with my finances. None of these people are up in the middle of the night with me when I’m worrying about bills and bad money management. Here’s to moving forward and giving ourselves PEACE. 🤗

They said 2023 is going to be a hard year for ALOT of people. The pay checks are not going up but the cost of living is. It is not your fault. Inflation is insane, people savings are dwindling- even those wealthier are feeling the change. Continue to trust God he has you. Your not alone, it is hard out there for everyone. 🙏🏽😌
