You mean not 20 mins of ego "yap yap yap" and how much shirt off time can i get looking pumped in good lighting. I love thats its balls to the wall "watch Ryan suffer" / Heres how to kick ur own ass in a new way. good fukin luck. Bye.
Im 59yrs and have been training since I was 22yrs. Have been putting Ryans techniques into my routines and the results have surprised me. Good no nonsense delivery style and great content! Keep rollin Ryan!
New to the channel. Been Lifting for over 20 years and I'm learning new things here. I like that you get to the point on the exercises and that your videos are short and sweet. I don't have time to sit and watch a 10, 15 or 20 minute video on something you can do in 3 to 4 minutes. Keep it up.
I’ve been watching for some months now (from London England) and today, starting with this particular video, I’ve started writing all these moves down, as I’m going to my lock up/man cave where I train, and I’m forgetting what moves there are, I’ve been training on and off for 20 years and only by watching your videos have I finally realised what it is about training that makes you grow... 1) isolation (which I new already)... I find the only way I can grow a particular muscle is when I make sure ONLY that muscle is working - until true failure, 2) keeping EVERY workout fresh and throwing in different variations of moves, which I’m only now realising the importance of just lately, oh and number 3) reps... I’ve abandoned my ego lift workouts of heavy weights and low reps, and listened to your advice, and I’ve grown more since doing so, thank you Ryan for your time taken to break down the moves and for the no bull shit approach to training. Having not seen or spoken to my 4 children in two years thanks to a selfish ex, weight training is one of the main things getting me through, I enjoy focusing and learning about training and dieting as it diverts my mind from depressing thoughts, so thank you for helping me through my ordeal 😊. Any more diet videos would be good too. I’d be interested in what sort of food you eat daily as I also want to steer away from meat, not fully but more so, I’ve already got well in to lentils and high protein yoghurt... any more food tips ??? Kind regards from across the pond. Tom.
Ryan’s videos are miles ahead of others! Easily my go-to channel from now on. Every exercise is meaningful, packed with tips, coaching, and information. Ryan, you’re killing it brother!
The only guy on RU-vid giving you an entire workout in under 4 minutes. Great workouts too, especially if you're looking to change it up with unique exercises.
i love ur vids man...short...in the head from the start...no BS ...ill give you info and you try it...no 20 min intros for 2 min workout...i rly like that platform...straight to the point! keep up the good work!
Wow! Almost every time I watch one of Ryans videos, I pickup at least one new way of performing a type of exercise that I never saw done that way. Very helpful, and breaks up the same old stuff. Thanks!!
Thank you for all your videos! Learnt more from you than from any other long winded channels. Short and sweet and straight to the point. You deserve more subscribers! Hope your channel make it big soon!
You got yourself a new subscriber. Unlike the other yelps on RU-vid who talk your ear off and make things so complicated. You get right to the point and explain things that make it simple to understand how and why. Thank you!
This ended up being exactly what I wanted. ru-vid.comUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.
Great content. What I love even more is the fact that when you look back at his videos that are a couple years old, he's like bright eyed and bushy tailed "c'mon guys lets get after it", and now it's like "F you, do it and you still suck at life, or don't and you just suck at life a little more". Love all of the content new and old!!
Ryan...you're the best....solid no-nonsense vids....gained 1/2 inch on my bi's (now just over 16 inch!!)....chest growth seems always to be tough..... More vids for chest would be great..thanks, from a happy 63 year old!!
Thanks Ryan !! This is a great channel man!! Everything I've tried so far is really helping. Very well explained, no BS. Really appreciate you sharing with us.
thanks man, those tips are absolutely great plus I really understand what I am doing and what I am training! Great job keep doing what you are doing...fantastic!
I love your great channel. Dry amazing humor. Down to earth and funny as hell. The information is top notch. But you miised the humor shot of the day with this video on the wall curl when you didn't show yourself bumping the light switch on and off. Fan for life!!!
Best way I've found to do drag curls is lying on the floor, keeping the elbows on the floor and using a cable machine and EZ curl bar. I get some weird looks, mainly as people step over my face, but it is what it is.
Hey ryan, love the videos...I've been lifting for what has to be over 20 years now...can you do a video and go a bit more into why you feel 20 reps is better for muscle growth than say 8-12 reps...I will say, I did 20 reps for rows and pulldowns, and my back was sore for the first time in years...I have heard others say high reps is best for size, but just wanted a bit more discussion on it...oh, and your thoughts on training to failure...go to or stop a rep or 2 shy.
Honestly dude thanks for all these videos, sometimes I have no idea what to do so I just came in and start looking around. Definitely gonna do those cable T bar exercise . Gonna burn today and prolly shit my self
Still digging the vids sir! Just left the gym and that arm day was rough I pulled all the tips together. Skin is tight, nice pump, feels great! Keep up the good job man. Hope the feedback is helping. Looking forward to new vids. Maybe a forearm one or Calf stuff. Cant skip leg day! I'm 7 feet tall and have huge calves and thighs but it is something that is overlooked often. Keep doing what your doing!
I tried the wall curl from your other bicep long head video and got a fantastic pump. I’ll definitely be adding that exercise to arm day from now on. I’m thinking that those arm-blaster things give a similar pump. Maybe useful if you have no empty wall space? Thanks for the tips and great videos.
The vids are better than the workout app he put out. The app is confusing and the text portion is missing exercises that the vids (of the app) mention. Its also just doing a ton of light weight and doing a shit ton of exercises, I used to work out like that, I dont get much out of it. Doing 80 reps without stopping feels like cardio or is at least a finisher. Seems like he just through it out there. Save your money, I wish I had.
